Prince Harry returns to Frogmore Cottage after Prince Philip funeral

Prince Harry returned to Frogmore Cottage yesterday after attending Prince Philip's funeral, ahead of a walk with his father later today.

After stepping out of his ten-day quarantine time for today's service at St George's Chapel in Windsor, the Duke of Sussex is expected to resume self-isolation.

The Duke of Sussex flew to the UK for the funeral this week, while his wife Meghan, who is seven months pregnant with their second child, stayed in Los Angeles.

He's been self-isolating in Frogmore Cottage for the past week, although it's suspected he was permitted to attend his grandfather's funeral owing to compassion grounds.

Although a wake has been canceled, Prince Charles – who was visibly moved before and after the ceremony – is expected to spend time with his younger son today, perhaps bringing him for a stroll, according to reports.

However, according to Covid's guidelines, he must self-isolate “at all other times.”

Arrivals from the United States are required to quarantine for ten days upon arrival, but can quit after five days if they have a negative result under the government's Test to Release program.

According to The Telegraph, “the Duke of Sussex is thought to have stayed at Frogmore cottage” on Saturday night, indicating that he returned to Frogmore after the funeral.

He landed in England on Saturday, which ensures the duke no longer has to isolate in Windsor if he tests negative.

It's where he and wife Meghan Markle stayed before leaving the Royal Family and relocating to the United States.

He'll see Prince Charles there, just weeks after the Sussexes threw the family into disarray by accusing the royals of racism and the institution of failing to help Meghan while she was suicidal in an interview with Oprah Winfrey.

Despite reports of friction between Harry and his relatives, the Duke of Sussex was seen speaking with his brother William as they exited the service this afternoon – the first time the two have met in over a year.

Prince Charles was reported to be ‘deeply hurt' after the bombshell tell-all, which contained Harry's suggestion that he wanted to ‘educate' his relatives. Nevertheless, he was determined to'mend the broken relationship' with his son.

After witnessing their grandfather's coffin being lowered into the royal vault in emotional scenes inside the church, the princes walked together for several minutes.

Harry is said to be eager to move to the United States to be with Meghan.

He might travel back to Los Angeles as soon as tomorrow.

Outside the church, the brothers seemed “relaxed” in a “natural moment of unity,” according to a body language specialist.

However, with Harry presumed to be back in solitude, the brothers could have just had a brief chance to catch up – and it may be days before they see each other again.

It is unknown how long Harry will remain in the United Kingdom or if he and William want to meet again.
