Archie Nanny Reveals Horrors of Working for Meghan, Brings Bullying Proof to Court

and have been in the news again for their parenting choices.

The couple decided to raise their one-year-old son, Harrison, in a different way than and raised their children.

They chose not to give a royal title and kept him out of the spotlight.

They also did not want a Norland nanny, unlike the Cambridges who employ Maria Bordio, a live-in nanny from the prestigious Norland College in Bath.

According to the new biography, Finding Freedom, written by authors and royal correspondents Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand, the Sussexes did not want their home filled with staff.

Harry had seen the situation at William's home and didn't want the same for his family.

He and Meghan liked the idea that when they went to bed at night, it was just the three of them in the house.

Cozy and private.

However, they later decided to hire a nanny, eventually going on to employ three different child care professionals.

But they didn't last long as Harry and Meghan weren't comfortable with the arrangement.

The biography reads, “They decided to hire a night nurse to establish a sleep schedule and be an extra pair of helping hands.

But their time with the couple was brief.

Megan and Harry were forced to let the nurse go in the middle of her second night for being unprofessional and irresponsible.”

Although the second nanny did a fine job, their previous experience left them uneasy.

Neither found themselves comfortable sleeping through the night without going to check on Archie regularly.

Eventually, they hired a daytime nanny for extra help.

Harry and Meghan were living in a rented mansion in Los Angeles, where Meghan's mother, Doria Ragland, was reportedly staying with them and helping to care for Archie.

Earlier, there were already previous claims that Markle bullied palace staff.

In fact, her alleged mistreatment of the palace staff was reportedly one of the reasons why and Middleton became upset with her.

The Times was first to publish the allegations that reportedly happened between Markle and her former communications secretary, Jason Knauf.

The publication claimed that “the treatment of, name redacted, was totally unacceptable.

The Duchess seems intent on always having someone in her sights.

She is bullying, name redacted, and seeking to undermine her confidence.

We have had report after report from people who have witnessed unacceptable behavior towards, name redacted.”

pleaded with Knauf not to pursue it, the publication claimed.

At the time, Buckingham Palace released a statement saying that they would investigate the allegations.

“The royal household has had a dignity at work policy in place for a number of years and does not and will not tolerate bullying or harassment in the workplace,” the statement read.

Upon hearing the allegations, Prince Harry and Markle responded by calling the accusations a calculated smear campaign based on false and misleading information.

Markle's longtime friend, Janina Gavoncar, also sided with her on the matter and said that the Duchess of Sussex has no history of ever mistreating other people.

“I have known Meghan for 17 years, and I have seen the way she regards people around her and the people she works with, and I can say she is not a bully,” Gavoncar said.

Recently, it has come to light that Archie's nanny has brought bullying proof to court.

The nanny revealed the horrors of working for Meghan.

It is unclear if this is related to the previous claims of mistreatment towards palace staff or if it is a separate issue.
