Duchess of Cambridge Photographs Step-Mother-In-Law for Country Life Magazine
Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, has turned her lens on her step-mother-in-law, Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, for a series of portraits to be published in Country Life magazine.
Camilla, who guest-edited the upcoming issue, personally commissioned Catherine to take the pictures.
The first portrait, which has been released by Clarence House, shows Camilla sitting on a wooden bench, smiling at the camera whilst wearing a baby blue and white floral dress.
The second picture will be featured on the leader page of the magazine and depicts Camilla walking amongst forget-me-nots at Raymill, her wheelchair retreat.
Catherine, who is known for her keen eye for photography, was praised by royal fans for her professionalism and talent.
She is not an amateur, having earned a degree that includes photography and having snapped more royal pictures than any other photographer in the last decade, according to one Twitter user.

Meanwhile, Country Life's managing and features editor Paula Lester said the magazine was thrilled with Catherine's images.
She added that the Duchess of Cambridge took her commission very seriously and was incredibly professional about the task at hand.
Camilla's love of horses and dogs is reflected in the Royal edition of Country Life magazine, which marks her 75th birthday and the magazine's 125th anniversary.
The issue also reveals her favourite view and recipe and focuses on her work as patron of over 90 charities, including Barnardo's, the Royal School of Needlework and the Royal Society of Literature.
Camilla is the third Royal guest editor of Country Life, following her husband Charles, who has had the role twice, and Princess Anne, who took the reins to mark her 70th birthday in 2020.
The decision for Catherine to photograph Camilla is the latest example of unity between the Cambridges and the Prince of Wales and Camilla.
The foursome have put on jovial and friendly displays at public events together over the past few months, often led by Catherine.
She is known to have a warm relationship with her father-in-law and has reportedly helped smooth the sometimes fractious relationship between the heir to the throne and his son William.
The Duchess was warmly welcomed into the family by Charles after her engagement to William and has been heard affectionately calling him Grandpa in public on previous occasions.
In January, Catherine joined Prince Charles and Camilla on a visit to the Prince's Foundation training site for Arts and Culture at Trinity Bio Wharf in London.
It marked the first time since 2012 that the trio had stepped out without William.
At the recent Jubilee events, the foursome were often spotted sharing a laugh with one another.
At Trooping the Colour, Camilla rode in a carriage with Catherine and the three Cambridge children before the family watched the fly-pass together from the Buckingham Palace balcony.
On the second day of the Jubilee celebrations, the foursome exchanged an affectionate greeting at the service of Thanksgiving for the Queen.
The photographs of Camilla taken by Catherine are superb, according to Mark Hedges, editor-in-chief of Country Life magazine.
He said the magazine was honoured to have been chosen to be the first to publish the beautiful photograph of the Duchess of Cornwall.
The Royal edition of Country Life magazine will be published on July 13.
