Duchess of Cambridge Plays Piano at Christmas Concert for Frontline Workers

The Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, surprised the world with her hidden talent for playing the piano during a Christmas concert for frontline workers.

The concert was held earlier this month but will be broadcast at 7.30pm on ITV.

Kate's idea for the concert, supported by the Royal Foundation, was attended by inspirational individuals from across the UK, in recognition of their efforts throughout the pandemic.

In a teaser clip for the concert shared on social media, the royal was seen walking up to the piano and taking a seat.

This caused a flurry of excitement among royal watchers who took to Twitter to express their admiration for the Duchess' multiple talents.

One user, Royally Blunt, wrote, “Oh wow!

I'm speechless!

What other skills are you hiding, Catherine?

I can't wait to watch this!”

Another user, Kajsa, exclaimed, “You are this beautiful, this kind, this genuine, this strong, this gracious, this graceful, this adorable and you also play piano!

Brady also added to her multiple talents, asking, “Can Her Royal Highness, the Duchess of Cambridge play the piano as well?”

A fourth user, Kate Ajane, wrote, “A&E she plays piano, good lord, there is no end to her talents!”

During the concert, Kate spoke about the importance of celebrating the goodwill, acts of kindness, love, empathy, and compassion that helped people come through these difficult times.

She expressed her gratitude to all frontline workers who have brought people together and supported their communities during the pandemic.

Kate said, “In the congregation tonight we've got many inspirational individuals.

We owe them a huge debt of gratitude for all they've done.”

The concert promises to be a wonderful event filled with carols and festive cheer.
