Duchess of Cambridge Stuns Fans with Festive Piano Performance
The Duchess of Cambridge has impressed fans with her musical talent after joining Tom Walker for a piano performance during the Christmas season.
The pop star, who performed alongside her, described Kate as an amazing musician and revealed that the pair had top-secret rehearsals in a recording studio ahead of the concert, which was broadcast on Christmas Eve.
Kate hosted the event, Royal Carols, together at Christmas, as a thank you to the people who have supported their communities during the pandemic.
Social media has been buzzing with praise for the Duchess' performance, with Royal Watchers dubbing it a real royal treat.
Even Piers Morgan took to Twitter to commend Catherine, saying, “Very cool, and very ballsy.
Well done Catherine.”

Fans also shared their admiration, with one commenting on the stunning performance, while another called it beautiful, brilliant, and lovely to watch.
British singer-songwriter Walker, known for his hit Leave a Light On, said he was approached by the Duchess to perform at the Carol service after meeting at a charity event.
They ended up jamming together and performing his previously unheard Christmas song, For Those Who Can't Be Here.
He admitted that he didn't even know she played piano.
It was all very secret, even the studio didn't know what was going on.
They rehearsed the song nine times, and by the end of it, she had absolutely nailed it.
Walker went on to say that he was impressed with how great the Duchess was at keeping time, especially since she had to start the song off and lead it.
Playing along with him in a studio was one thing, but jumping straight into playing with a live string quartet, a pianist, and two backing singers, all of which she'd never met before, and then doing live takes in front of the camera, was a whole other jump from jamming.
Meanwhile, reports suggest that Meghan Markle is jealous of Kate's musical performance and is thinking of ways to outdo her sister-in-law.
Hosting an event like that would have been right up Meghan's alley, as she loves public speaking and believes she would have dazzled at a British carols event, rubbing shoulders with other artists.
So, Meghan is allegedly thinking of following in the Queen's footsteps by recording a holiday message of her own from California.
A clip on the Kensington Palace Twitter feed teased Kate's involvement on the piano.
The Duchess gained her grade three piano and grade five theory.
Walker said Kate told him she loved the lyrics, but did not mention specifically anything to do with the Duke of Edinburgh, her husband's grandfather, who died in April.
Walker believes that Christmas is the time to remember people who aren't around, who you used to have really fond memories of and still do, but you can't reminisce with them in person.
The source added that if this were the year the broadcast of the Queen's Christmas address would have taken over, then maybe Walker would be able to air on behalf of Princess Kate.
Overall, the Duchess of Cambridge's performance has been a delight for fans, who have praised her musical talent and grace.
It was a true treat to see her perform and share her love of music with the world.
