Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s attendance at King’s coronation remains uncertain
The upcoming coronation of the King, set to take place on May 6th, has been the talk of the town for a while now.
However, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have yet to confirm whether or not they will attend the event.
The couple has been informed that they are not in it for the attention surrounding the coronation, which holds deep religious significance and is expected to be attended by members of the Royal Family.
According to Royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams, if the couple does decide to go, they will not be a large part of the ceremony, and the interest will not be focused on them.
Fitzwilliams added that the event will be organized in a way that protects the King's dignity, which the British are uniquely good at orchestrating and arranging ceremonial events.
Comparing the Sussexes to other members of the Royal Family, Fitzwilliams said that the Prince and Princess of Wales are set to play an important part in the ceremony, while Prince William and Princess Kate will no doubt play a pivotal role.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex confirmed that they had received an invitation to the coronation earlier this year, but they have not confirmed whether they will attend.
In a statement released by their spokesperson, the couple said that an immediate decision would not be disclosed at this time.
The date of the coronation, May 6th, also falls on the fourth birthday of the couple's son, Archie.
The date clash suggests that they may bring their young children, Archie and 20-month-old Lillibet, with them to the UK.
However, it has been suggested that the children may be too young to attend the ceremony.
Speaking previously on True Royalty TV's The Royal Beat, author and historian Dr. Tessa Dunlap claimed that it was odd if Archie had not been invited.
She pointed out that the King was the same age as Archie when he witnessed the coronation of his mother, the late Queen, in 1953.
Prince Louis, who is just one year older than Archie, is reportedly set for an appearance at the coronation.
If the Duke and Duchess of Sussex do attend the coronation, it is expected to be a significant moment for the couple, who have been living in California since stepping back from their royal duties in 2020.
The event is expected to be attended by family members of the royal family, as well as representatives from other countries.
The British are known for their expertise in orchestrating and arranging ceremonial events, and the coronation is expected to be no exception.
It will be a significant moment in the history of the royal family and the country as a whole, and all eyes will be on the attendees, including the Duke and Duchess of Sussex as they take part in the ceremony.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex travelled to the UK with their two children last June for the late Queen's Platinum Jubilee.
However, it remains to be seen whether they will attend the coronation, which is just a few weeks away.
In conclusion, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's attendance at the coronation remains uncertain.
The event will be a significant moment in the history of the royal family, and it will be interesting to see how their attendance (or lack thereof) impacts the ceremony.
As always, we will have to wait and see what happens.
