Jessica Mulroney: The Key to Unlocking the Truth Behind Meghan Markle’s Bridesmaids Dress Row

The explosive bridesmaids dress row between Catherine and has been a topic of discussion for years.

However, it seems that there might be a key to unlocking the truth behind this infamous incident, and that key is none other than Meghan's former best friend, Jessica Mulroney.

In 's new book, Spare, he gives his first full account of the bridesmaids dress fitting that caused a stir in the royal family.

According to the book, Catherine was upset about her daughter's dress being too long and too baggy, and even cried when she tried it on at home.

This isn't the first time this issue has been brought up.

Royal author Tom Bower claimed in his book Revenge last year that Meghan and also had disagreements about the bridesmaids wearing tights at the wedding.

Trending:

Meghan was reportedly against it, and her former best friend and mother of another bridesmaid, Jessica Mulroney, supported her stance.

It's no secret that Jessica Mulroney was close to Meghan, and her daughter Ivy was among the few little girls who served as bridesmaids at the royal wedding.

In fact, Jessica's daughter featured in a number of scenes in Harry and Meghan's Netflix series.

However, rumors are now circulating that Meghan was not easy to work with during the dress fitting.

An anonymous post claims that Meghan treated the Givenchy staff poorly and told lies during the fitting.

The post also alleges that Meghan didn't want her future nephew and niece involved, but the Queen and stepped in as they were paying for the wedding.

The post further claims that Meghan was incredibly horrible to , making it obvious that she didn't want her or her brother at the wedding party.

Meghan allegedly didn't like how Charlotte would arrive from school a little bit grubby, like all children do at that age.

She even sneered at the way Charlotte spoke and referred to her as chubby.

To make matters worse, Jessica Mulroney allegedly got involved with the bullying of Princess Charlotte, along with her daughter Ivy.

Meghan reportedly didn't make it a secret that Ivy was her favorite bridesmaid, which explains why she wasn't wearing a flower crown like the others.

It's also alleged that Meghan pitted Charlotte and Ivy against each other and encouraged Ivy to be mean.

In the end, Charlotte had to be pulled out of fittings altogether, and Florence Van Kutsem, Harry's goddaughter and a fellow bridesmaid, had to be used as a template, as she and the prince's niece were roughly the same size.

This explains why the dress didn't quite fit correctly.

Interestingly, Harry makes no mention of Jessica Mulroney in his memoir Spare.

The Toronto-based stylist was among Markle's best friends when she was living as an actress in Canada, and Meghan even called Jessica the night when proposed.

However, it appeared as though they became distant in 2020 when Jessica was called out by lifestyle blogger Sasha Exeter for comments she made regarding white privilege.

Despite using his publicity tour to defend Lady Susan Hussey, the Duke of Sussex has made no mention of Jessica Mulroney in his book or recent interviews.

In conclusion, the bridesmaids dress row between Catherine and was a highly publicized incident that caused a lot of controversy.

However, it seems that there might be more to the story than what was initially reported.
