Kate and Sophie Attend Service for Order of the Garter
The Duchess of Cambridge, Kate, was seen beaming as she left Windsor Castle to attend the service for the Order of the Garter at St. George Chapel.
She was accompanied by Sophie, Countess of Wessex, who also attended the service.
The two royals were there as the wives of Prince William and Prince Edward, who are both royal knights of the orders.
For the occasion, Kate wore a blue coat dress with a matching clutch bag and a hat featuring a floral detail.
Sophie, on the other hand, opted for a pink dress with a beige hat.
The two were a sight to behold as they made their way to the chapel.

Earlier in the day, members of the royal family had gathered at Windsor Castle for the investiture ceremony in the throne room.
Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, was officially admitted to the most noble and ancient order in the British honour system.
Following the ceremony, a lunch was held at the castle where the royals in attendance, as well as the ladies and knights of the Order of the Garter, were invited.
While the Queen and Prince Andrew were believed to have attended the investiture and lunch, they did not take part in the procession to St. George Chapel.
It is understood that the Queen pulled out of the event due to her episodic mobility issues.
The Duke of York, on the other hand, was absent following a family decision.
A Buckingham Palace spokesman confirmed that he would attend the investiture and lunch but would not be part of the procession or service.
The knights and ladies of the order walked down to the chapel in a procession while Kate and Sophie arrived by car.
Baroness Amos and former Prime Minister Tony Blair, who were the new lady and knight, respectively, led the procession.
