Kate Middleton Will Spend Easter Weekend with Parents

The Duchess of Cambridge, , will spend the Easter weekend with her parents, Carol and Mike Middleton.

This news was revealed by Emily Andrews, a royal correspondent for Royal Podcast on Air.

During a chat about Sunday's Easter service and who from the royal family would be attending, Andrews disclosed that Kate, along with her children George and Charlotte, will stay with her parents this weekend.

Kate, who is heavily pregnant, has just started her maternity leave.

It is uncertain whether she will attend the Easter service on Sunday, but there is a possibility of seeing her and there.

Last year, they attended the Easter celebration at St George's Chapel, but Buckingham Palace has not confirmed who will attend this year's event.

Since Kate's parents live in Bucklebury, Berkshire, it would take an hour's drive to reach the chapel in Windsor.

The preparations are already underway to make sure the Lindo wing looks its best when the time comes.

It is not known exactly when the royal baby is due, but Kensington Palace has confirmed that he or she is expected in April.

Royal watchers speculate that Kate will give birth towards the end of the month, judging by her past maternity plans.

When she was pregnant with in 2013, she carried out her last official engagement on June 15, attending the Trooping the Colour parade in London.

She then began her maternity leave, and her son was born 38 days later on July 22.

Similarly, when she was pregnant with , she gave birth 37 days after beginning her maternity leave.

This could mean that the baby is born around the weekend of the 28th to 29th of April.

Coincidentally, William and Kate's seventh wedding anniversary falls on Sunday, 29th April, so it could be a very special present for the royal couple.
