King Charles III’s Coronation: Will Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Attend?

The world is buzzing with excitement as King Charles III's coronation approaches.

However, the question on everyone's mind is whether or not and will be in attendance.

Unfortunately, it is still unclear whether the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will witness the crowning of King Charles.

If they do show up, don't expect to see them on the famous Buckingham Palace balcony with the rest of the royal family.

As non-working royals, they have been banned from the prestigious perch.

This has led to questions about the King's decision to ban Harry and Meghan while allowing another non-working royal, Sir Timothy Lawrence, to appear on the balcony with him.

Trending:

According to The Mirror, King Charles will only allow working members of the royal family to stand on the balcony with him at his coronation.

However, Sir Timothy Lawrence, husband of Princess Anne, will be joining the rest of the working royals on the balcony.

Sir Timothy, who has been married to Princess Anne since 1992, was an ecuree for back in the 80s.

Despite not being a working royal himself, he often accompanies his wife on her royal duties and engagements.

In addition to the balcony drama, more details about the big day have been released by the palace.

CNN reports that there will be two processions through the streets of London on Coronation Day.

The first one will take the King to the Westminster service for the crowning, while the second will be a larger parade back to Buckingham Palace.

For his journey, King Charles will be riding in the Diamond Jubilee State Coach, a real work of art upholstered in primrose yellow silk and filled with specimen woods from royal residences, explorations, and other countries and nations.

It's a real microcosm of British and world history, and we can't wait to see it in action.

Despite the uncertainty surrounding Harry and Meghan's attendance, the coronation is sure to be a historic event.

While Sir Timothy Lawrence will fill the non-working, royal-shaped hole in our hearts, we can't help but wonder if the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will make an appearance.
