Megan and Harry Furious as Kristen Stewart Ruins Their Plans to Attend Oscars

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, and Megan Markle, are reportedly upset after learning that Kristen Stewart is tipped to receive an Oscar nomination for her role as the late in the upcoming biopic, Spencer.

According to New Idea's December 13 issue, Megan had been keen to attend the Oscars next year to mingle with other A-listers.

However, her plans were dashed when she found out that Kristen Stewart was in the running for a major award.

While the movie is considered non-fiction, an unnamed source claims that and Megan are still upset with Stewart because of her portrayal of the Princess of Wales.

The couple is disappointed that Stewart has received rave reviews because it has ruined their plans to attend the awards ceremony next year.

“It would certainly blow a hole though Megan's hopes of attending the Academy Awards next year if they have to sit through any sizzle reels of Kristen as Diana,” said the source.

Some scenes in the film are quite graphic, and Harry won't be pleased with the depiction of his mother.

As a result, the couple has even considered lobbying the Academy to ignore the film, which they would never do.

The couple is now planning to boycott the ceremony altogether.

Royal author and biographer Andrew Morton recently claimed on the Royal Eeyors podcast that Prince Harry has been trying to defy in his attempts to leave the royal family behind.

Morton quoted her saying, “William and Harry are my revenge,” and added that she meant that they would both lead the monarchy into the future.

She would not have liked Harry turning his back on his birthright to sign deals with Netflix.

As of now, there is still no announcement regarding the official nominees at next year's Oscars.

However, Stuart made a buzz for her portrayal of Princess Diana.

During an interview on Variety's Awards Circuit podcast, Stuart admitted that she couldn't care less about getting an award.

“The Oscars are such a funny thing.

There are so many incredible movies and performances that barely get seen.

It definitely says something about where we're at as a cumulative presence, what we're looking at, what we care about.

I really appreciate that something that I was involved in has ignited such a large conversation.

We don't make movies to not connect with each other,” Stuart said.

Despite all the praises that the Twilight star received, the award-giving body has not yet released its official list of nominees.

Princess Diana's former protection officer, Kevin Wharfe, lauded Stuart and said that her portrayal of and Prince Harry's late mother is the closest among all those that gave life to her.

Wharfe also pointed out that Stuart perfected Princess Diana's mannerisms.

Megan Markle has been accused of being fame-hungry because she always wants to be in the spotlight.

Even though she and her husband, Prince Harry, said they want more privacy, it seems that their actions contradict their words.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex make headlines several times a week, indicating that their lives are not private after all.

Last year, royal correspondent Emily Nash told Hello!

magazine that Prince Harry and Megan were invited to the Oscars but declined the invitation politely.

Had they accepted the invitation, they would have presented the Best Picture award.

In conclusion, it is evident that Megan and Harry are furious that their plans to attend the Oscars next year have been ruined by Kristen Stewart's rave reviews for her portrayal of Princess Diana.

The couple is now planning to boycott the ceremony altogether.

While some scenes in the film are quite graphic, Stuart's portrayal of Princess Diana has received praise from many, including her former protection officer.
