Megan Markle: The Entitled Brat?

Megan Markle, the former actress and wife of , has been making headlines lately for all the wrong reasons.

The latest allegations against her come from a new book by investigative journalist Tom Bauer, who claims that Markle was an entitled brat during her time in Canada.

Markle first moved to Toronto in 2011 when she began filming the TV show Suits.

It's said that the overwhelming majority of Canadians didn't know who she was or what she was doing there.

However, one royal fan has spilled the tea on her time there, claiming that Markle was difficult to work with.

According to the fan, their uncle worked at one of the buildings where they filmed Suits.

Trending:

They filmed in the office area where he worked, and he took the fan to his office to show them around.

He asked if they watched Suits, and they replied that they had never heard of it.

He then told them that they film parts of the show there and that one actress, Megan, is such a bitch.

She refuses to be there if any of the staff are present and will not make eye contact or acknowledge any of the people who actually work in this office.

Another source added that their friend started working for Raipmans after Megan got married.

She heard from her work colleagues that she was an entitled brat.

Investigative journalist Tom Bauer claims that Megan made a number of demands during filming for the ad campaign and in post-production.

When Megan first arrived at the hotel suite hired for her in Montreal, she apparently asked for a bigger room at a pricier hotel.

She also allegedly requested she be booked under an alias, despite the fact that no one in French speaking Montreal really knew who she was.

Bauer claims that inside the hotel room she ignored the flower displays, bottles of her favourite wine and even a special calligraphy pen carefully laid out on the table and criticised the hotel's tempur-pedic bathrobe and slippers.

Bauer continues, she wanted Dior, the tea was the wrong blend and the vegan juice was warm.

Bauer claims that during the filming, while Megan was in the dressing room, she was heard complaining about the production, the clothes, the style and the script.

Asked during filming to name Canadian women who inspired her, Bauer alleges she laughed and asked for examples.

None of them inspire me, she apparently replied.

Adding, you can't make me say something I don't want to or don't believe in.

The book claims that after ferocious exchanges, a few script changes were made only to be rejected by Megan again.

She bulldozed her way through, complained one of the team.

No one stood up to her, Bauer writes, and during post-production, Megan allegedly sent countless demands about changes to the colour of a lipstick and a waistline.

Bauer says she also asked them to touch up her feet because she claims they're often criticised online.

Please fix my feet for me, she's said to have written.

I get slaughtered online for people picking apart my feet, sadly.

There's a scar on my left foot and my right foot isn't the prettiest.

I've got a long toe, etc.

In his book, Bauer also writes that Megan, despite her claims, has no ancestry in Malta.

She's previously said that her father's great-great-grandmother, Mary, lived in Malta with a British soldier called Thomas Bird.

Megan further says they married and had a child born in 1862, and Mary was said to have been employed as a cook at Windsor Castle.

But Bauer writes that although Thomas Bird did marry Mary, but in Dublin in 1860, clearly excluding any employment in Windsor Castle.

Bird, he says, was posted with his wife to India and briefly to Malta.

Soon after, a son was born and they moved to Canada, where Thomas died.

These allegations come at a time when Megan and Harry are already under scrutiny for their behaviour.
