Megan Markle’s College Degree: Did She Really Graduate?

Megan Markle, the former actress and now wife of , has been in the news lately for her alleged lies and plagiarism.

However, one of the most significant controversies surrounding her is whether or not she actually graduated from Northwestern University with a double major in theatre and international studies.

According to reports, Megan attended Northwestern University in Illinois in 1999 after leaving high school in Los Angeles.

She reportedly received a bachelor's degree in theatre and international studies, although it's been disputed if she double majored.

A Megziteer YouTuber, Paul M, emailed Northwestern University, and according to information obtained from a Reddit feed, he was told that there is no double major in theatre and international studies that they offer while Megan constantly pumps out puff pieces implying she's the royal degree wife.

One royal fan goes further to say that Megan didn't graduate college.

Trending:

The netizen wrote on Reddit, “When she was trying to present herself as a humanitarian and a glamorous actress, I wasn't suspicious of the Northwestern credentials.

The reason I am suspicious of it now is because she's swerved into this intellectual elite shtick of late.”

The repeated reference to Jeopardy, how someone gave her a book, and how she plays scrabble and wordle in bed could easily promote this intellectual idea by mentioning anything about college, something she read there, something she learned in a class, etc.

Northwestern is one of the best universities in the United States.

It's not Ivy League, but it's easily top 20 in the country.

Why wouldn't she bring up one measurable thing she's done that would show her intellect?

She's constantly promoting the smallest things about herself, and the things that are not small and actually sound meaningful are not true.

This is something that would be, but she never says anything about it.

She lied and said the Lion King cast member likened her to Mandela.

She could easily say something believable about college that couldn't even be easily fact-checked and would promote her intellectual persona.

For example, she could pretend she read a particular book at Northwestern just because it has a quote she wants to say.

For example, “When I was at Northwestern, I was reading Myers Angelou's, I knew why the caged bird sings, and what struck me was that, insert vapid thought, and then my professor said that this was one of the most profound things a student has ever said, and I told her that it came from the heart and from my experiences as a word nerd and as a repressed black woman.

She said my words moved her so much, and she was just heartbroken that I chose not to pursue a PhD in English literature.”

So, why does Megan never bring up Northwestern?

It's been speculated that she's afraid the more she talks about it, the more likely it is to be fact-checked.

It's also interesting to note that there are no pictures of her graduating.

We know she attended the university and was in a sorority, but she could have dropped out and not told anyone.

It's been rumored that Markle was kicked out of Northwestern University for supergluing a sorority sister's eyes closed during a hazing event, and Thomas Markle had to pay off the victim to keep her quiet.

However, there is no concrete evidence to support this claim.

Thomas Markle, Megan's father, hasn't called her out on anything, including her alleged lies and plagiarism.

He did mention how much the PNG thing was instigated by him, but that doesn't actually make her look bad, it just makes her look a little bit silly and overdramatic.

The whole thing wasn't even her idea, it was his.

He didn't say anything negative about why she married Trevor, how she sent back the ring by mail, etc.

He said more about what he's done as a good dad, not so much complaining about what she hasn't done as a bad daughter.

So, lying about college is a next-level thing.
