Meghan and Harry to fly back to the US as Charles requests Archie and Lily DNA test at funeral
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Meghan and Harry, are expected to fly back to the US as soon as possible to reunite with their children after almost three weeks abroad.
The couple had been in the UK for a charity tour when the Queen passed away, leading them to extend their trip to attend her funeral.
This means that they have not seen their children, Archie and Lilybet, for weeks.
While the couple stayed at Frogmore Cottage in Windsor last night, they will now return to their home in California as soon as possible.
Prince Harry and Meghan had flown to the UK for their charity tour, which included launching the one-year countdown until the Invictus Games in Dusseldorf, Germany.
They were also expected to attend the Welch Isle Awards in London on September 8th.

However, Harry received news about his grandmother's health and went to Balmoral in Scotland while Megan stayed in London.
He was unable to make it back in time to say his final goodbye to the Queen, who passed away on Thursday.
Yesterday, Megan and Harry joined the Morning Royals to pay tribute to Her Majesty, with the Duchess shedding a tear during the emotional service.
The couple has been away from their Montecito home, and their children have been looked after by Megan's mom, Doria Ragland, 66.
In other news, Samantha Markle, Megan's half-sister, has raised questions about the existence of Archie Harrison and Lilybet Diana.
Speaking to LBC on Friday, Samantha questioned their existence and claimed that even their father, Thomas Markle, has not seen the children's full frontal faces.
She stated that nobody has seen those children, not even the Royal Family or the press.
She propagated fake news claiming that the babies do not exist, but later clarified that they probably do exist, but we don't have a visual reference.
Samantha's statement comes months after she filed a defamation suit against Meghan Markle for ridiculing her family and the Royals in Oprah's interview.
She said that her father is sad as a grandfather and wants to see the children.
Nobody has seen the children full frontal, face-on, and the British people, American people, and the world would want to see that.
Meanwhile, Prince Charles has reportedly requested a DNA test for Archie and Lilybet to prove their royal lineage.
This request is believed to be due to concerns about the children's legitimacy following the couple's departure from royal duties.
However, it is unclear whether Meghan and Harry will agree to this request.
It is not the first time that the couple has faced scrutiny over their children's lineage.
When Archie was born, there were rumors that he was not the son of Harry but rather the child of a surrogate mother.
The couple has always vehemently denied these rumors.
The latest controversy surrounding the children's lineage has sparked outrage among some royal fans, who believe that the couple deserves privacy and respect during this difficult time.
