Meghan Markle and Prince Harry Join the Queen’s Birthday Celebrations at Trooping the Colour Ceremony
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, fresh from their rumoured mini-honeymoon, joined in on the celebrations of the Queen's official birthday at the Trooping the Colour ceremony.
The couple travelled in a horse carriage ahead of the birthday girl, Queen Elizabeth II.
This was Meghan's first time attending the event, and she experienced the pomp and pageantry of the occasion.
On Saturday, the couple arrived on Horse Guards Parade to the sight of hundreds of guardsmen in their scarlet tunics and bearskins lined up on the parade ground.
The event took place at Henry VIII's former jousting yard.
The Duke and Duchess, who married exactly three weeks ago, travelled from Buckingham Palace along the Mall to cheers from royal fans gathered in the famous London Thoroughfare.

The Duchess of Cornwall and Duchess of Cambridge were in another carriage, while a third carried Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie, the Countess of Wessex, and her daughter Lady Louise.
Trooping the Colour is a ceremonial spectacle that brings together prestigious regiments and the families of the serving men and women in celebration of the monarch's official birthday.
Stands lining Horse Guards were filled with the wives, girlfriends and parents of the servicemen who were not performing ceremonial duties or fighting soldiers.
Meghan, Harry and the other members of the royal family took their place in Wellington's former office which overlooks the parade ground.
The Duchess of Sussex wore a dress by Carolina Herrera and a hat by Philip Treacy, while Kate wore a dress by Alexander McQueen and a hat by Juliette Botterill.
Camilla wore a pale blue silk dress and coat by Bruce Oldfield and a hat by Philip Treacy.
The masked bands of the Household Division provided musical backing during the day, and the King's Troop Royal Horse Artillery also took part.
Following the parade, they fired a 41-gun salute in Green Park to mark the Queen's official birthday.
After the ceremony, the royal family headed back to Buckingham Palace and gathered on the balcony to watch the RAF fly past.
Among the 23 aircraft taking part were modern jets and historic aircraft.
The Red Arrows were the finale, as they flew past the balcony.
