Meghan Markle and Prince Harry to Face Defamation Charges in Court

Lady Colin Campbell and Phil Dampier recently discussed the ongoing Royal drama between Meghan Markle and her half-sister, Samantha Markle.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are being sued for defamation by Samantha Markle after their tell-all interview with Oprah Winfrey in March 2021.

In reply, Lady Colin said, “I wouldn't say I have total running, but I do have some because acting assisting Samantha, because various very well placed people have been in touch with me because their intent on making sure justice prevails.

The truth will be seen in the light of day.”

Lady Colin has been calling legal brains from all over the world and has been giving information to Samantha.

The reality is that Meghan and to a lesser extent, Harry put themselves in a position where they'll be forced to speak the truth and face consequences.

If they're deposed and they tell lies, they can be charged with perjury and might even end up in prison.

Lady Colin says, “This case is in danger of being struck out.

Some of the claims may be struck out, but reality, the substance of the claim is sufficiently sound that Harry and Meghan have gift depositions on the oath televised being taped.

I mean, we have the prospect of Meghan going the Amber Heard route.

That's not a pretty sight.”
