He thinks that their friendship is strained based on the body language signals that were sent, and there is some resistance between them.

Rosas says that if they are friends, they should naturally gravitate toward each other, which isn't happening here.

Meghan also looks at Eugenie with a cold stare as the car leaves, which Rosas finds confusing.

Rosas also noticed that Brooksbank doesn't seem to acknowledge Prince Harry when it's time for them to leave the funeral, and there seems to be some tension between them.

Rosas doesn't sense a connection between the couples, and Harry's face looks tense.

He believes that Harry may have been angry during that moment, but he's not sure what he could be angry about.
