Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s Popularity Plummets to All-Time Low
It seems that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's popularity is at an all-time low in the weeks following their visit to the UK for Queen Elizabeth's Platinum Jubilee.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex did nothing if not stir up controversy while attending the event celebrating the Queen's 70 years on the throne.
From being booed at one point, to angering environmentalists for using a private jet to travel back to the United States, the visit was high on drama.
In any event, after their UK stint, it seems people have responded with less than favourable ratings of the parents of two.
According to a recent YouGov poll, Queen Elizabeth is the most well-liked royal family member, while the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are by far the least liked royals.
Only 32% of those polled earlier this month have a favourable opinion of Harry, while 58% see the younger son of Princess Diana unfavourably.

Even fewer people see Meghan favourably.
Just 23% of people polled view Meghan favourably, while 63% aren't loving her right now.
It probably won't come as a shock that older UK residents are more likely not to view the couple favourably – the younger the person polled, the more they are apt to see Harry and Meghan favourably, while folks older than 65 aren't having it at all with the duo.
Unfortunately, it's nothing new for Meghan to be at the receiving end of unfavourability ratings.
Last year, a poll revealed that even Americans were sick of hearing from the Sussex.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex's unpopularity has been compounded by recent rumours that Meghan won't be getting a Vogue cover or an invite to the Met Gala ever.
An anonymous source claimed that Anna Wintour, the editor-in-chief of Vogue, had agreed to a name change from Markle to Sussex, but said something along the lines of that's why she will never be on a Vogue cover or at the Met ball.
It seems that Meghan's attempts to break into the fashion world have fallen flat.
Her big hats to disguise her, and her pop-up appearances have done little to endear her to the public.
In fact, many people find her PR tactics confusing and unconvincing.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex's recent popularity slump is in stark contrast to their initial reception.
When Meghan first joined the royal family, she was hailed as a breath of fresh air.
Her modern approach to royal duties and her willingness to speak out on important issues made her a darling of the media.
However, things have changed dramatically since then.
It seems that Meghan's outspoken nature has rubbed some people the wrong way.
Her comments on topics such as climate change and mental health have been criticised by some as being too political.
Others have accused her of being a hypocrite, pointing out that she often preaches about environmentalism while taking private jets.
It's not just Meghan's politics that have caused controversy.
Her relationship with Prince Harry has also come under scrutiny.
Some have accused her of being a social climber who is only interested in using Harry's fame and fortune to further her own career.
Others have suggested that she is responsible for driving a wedge between Harry and his family.
Regardless of the reasons for their unpopularity, it seems that Meghan and Harry have a long road ahead of them if they want to win back the public's favour.
While some people may still be charmed by their celebrity status, it's clear that the majority of the British public are not impressed.
