Meghan Markle Causes a Stir as She Goes to Pub with Secret Man After Queen’s Death

On the day of III's passing, it was initially assumed that would be arriving with his wife at Balmoral.

However, an official statement later confirmed that the Duke would be going without his wife.

Apparently, the royals thought it was not appropriate to bring Meghan.

Reports suggested that Harry was supposed to fly Meghan to the Scottish Highlands retreat where the Queen spent her last hours, but things did not go as planned.

While William, , Prince Edward, and Sophie Wessex took an RAF flight from London to Aberdeen, Harry took a separate private jet on the same day.

According to a UK Mirror report, this was because he missed the RAF flight after King Charles told him it was not appropriate to bring Meghan.

Harry was so busy trying to get Meghan to Balmoral and rowing with his family that he missed the flight.

Later, his flight arrived in Aberdeen five minutes after the Queen's death was announced to the world at 6.30 pm.

Harry was furious about the issue and reportedly refused to have dinner that night with his father, brother, and stepmother .

The source added that Charles had an open invitation for Harry to dine with him whenever he is in the country, but Harry was so angry that he refused to eat with his father and brother.

It was a massive snub, and he left Balmoral at the earliest opportunity to catch the first commercial flight back to London.

However, the couple later joined William and his wife Kate to greet well-wishers and look at floral tributes left for the Queen at Windsor Castle in the days after her death.

They also attended several services for the late monarch, including her state funeral on Monday, while Harry was allowed to don military uniform during a vigil at Westminster Hall.

But royal author Katie Nicholl says there hasn't been a reconciliation between Harry and his older brother William.

She told True Royalty TV's The Royal Beat, “I wondered if there might be something to suggest that the reconciliation that everyone was hoping for might be taking place.”

In other news, following the announcement of and 's royal engagement on Monday, Piers Morgan spoke out on ITV's Good Morning Britain on Tuesday about his own personal encounter with Markle.

Morgan stated that he met up with Markle for a few drinks at his local pub back in 2016 before she zipped away to an exclusive London members club where she reportedly met Prince Harry.

The pair first met on Twitter.

Morgan said he is a big fan of Suits and had followed the actress for a while before they started messaging.

On Good Morning Britain, Morgan said, “To cut a long story short, we then spent the next year trading funny messages, then she began emailing me the Suits episodes early.”

When Markle flew over to the UK in summer 2016 to watch Serena Williams play in Wimbledon, she reportedly messaged Morgan asking if he fancied meeting up.

She sent me a message, ‘hey, I'm in town, do you want to meet up?'

And I said sure, come to my local pub for a pint.

The pair met and chatted over pints and dirty martinis for an hour and a half, according to Morgan, discussing Markle's TV drama Suits, her family, and her newfound single status.

Morgan described how Markle was struggling at the time to readjust to the dating scene.

Paraphrasing her, Morgan said, “I'm just recently single, some guys being a bit persistent at the moment, and I don't know quite what to make of it.

I'm not used to the dating thing, of it.”
