Meghan Markle Criticizes Hollywood for Rejection in Podcast

When and decided to leave the royal family, they had hoped that Hollywood would be more accepting of them.

Unfortunately, it has not turned out that way.

In fact, Meghan has used her podcast to criticize Hollywood for rejecting her.

In the sixth episode of her podcast, titled “Breaking Down the Bimbo with Paris Hilton,” Meghan explored the label of “bimbo” and “dumb blonde” that is often used to diminish or discredit women.

She used the character of Elle Woods from the movie “Legally Blonde,” played by Reese Witherspoon, to illustrate her argument.

However, Meghan missed the point of the movie, which was that just because Elle Woods was a blonde who loved all things pink and girly, it did not mean she could not succeed in life.

Meghan's criticism of Reese Witherspoon stemmed from her declining Meghan's wedding invitation, stating that they did not know each other and had never met.

Since then, it appears that Meghan's PR team has been working overtime to sell stories to the press to make it seem like Reese wants to work with Meghan.

However, when reputable sources were asked for insight into their apparent friendship, no solid source had anything to say and deemed the story fake.

According to Exposing EMG, Meghan was reaching out to Reese about a deal she had on the table for Netflix.

A source says that since Meghan wants to align herself with Hollywood A-listers, it is embarrassing that she has to constantly ask them for favors and for production deals.

Reese reportedly denied Meghan's efforts at collaboration, which has caused Meghan to hold a grudge and attack Reese in her new podcast.

One Royal Watcher commented that Reese has an extremely successful production company, Gone Girl, Big Little Lies, and The Cryo-Dads Sing, and that Meghan is jealous.

Another added that Meghan is not even good enough to breathe the same air as Reese Witherspoon and that Reese's actual talent is super successful on her own merits.

A third commentator pointed out that Meghan is trying to go for women who have made money from the “bimbo” stereotype because she is hoping to start a backlash against such roles in movies.

However, movies are for entertainment, and in Reese's case, she nailed a character that could have easily been done by an untalented actress like Meghan.

Meghan is trying to say that Paris Hilton increased her trust fund by playing a real-life bimbo and Reese Witherspoon became an A-lister after playing a ditzy bimbo.

However, Meghan is selective in omitting the fact that the movie is about a woman who goes from being the bimbo society expects to finding her own feet and excelling.

Meghan expects to shun Reese because she made huge money from that bimbo movie.

She also wanted Paris to apologize for making bank on being a bimbo so that we can all look around and thank Meghan for letting us see the light and change our ways.

In conclusion, has used her podcast to criticize Hollywood for rejecting her and has attacked Reese Witherspoon for declining her wedding invitation and refusing to collaborate with her.

However, it appears that Meghan's attempts to align herself with Hollywood A-listers have been met with rejection, and her criticism of women who have succeeded in roles that she considers demeaning is misguided.

Ultimately, Meghan's attempts to start a backlash against such roles in movies are unlikely to succeed, as movies are primarily for entertainment.
