Meghan Markle to Spend Christmas with the Royal Family
The festive season is fast approaching, and families all over the world are making plans for Christmas Day.
The royal family is no exception to this, and it seems that Meghan Markle has been invited to spend the day with the Windsors.
According to Closer, the Queen has asked Meghan if she would like to join the family for dinner, and the Suits actress is said to be thrilled at the prospect.
Meghan has been in a relationship with Prince Harry for a year now, and their bond seems to be growing stronger by the day.
However, spending Christmas with the monarchy is not without its challenges.
Meghan's mother, Doria, lives thousands of miles away in Los Angeles, and the idea of being so far from her loved ones during the holidays is understandably daunting.

Fortunately, Kate Middleton has come up with a solution to this problem.
According to a source, Kate has offered to put Doria up in a guest bedroom at Emmer Hall, the property on the Sandringham estate that she shares with William.
Kate knows exactly how nerve-wracking it can be to spend Christmas with the royal family, having experienced it herself, and she wants to make sure that Meghan feels as comfortable as possible.
This won't be Meghan's first introduction to the Queen, however.
In October, she reportedly sat down for afternoon tea with Her Majesty, as rumours of an impending engagement between Meghan and Prince Harry continued to swirl.
The couple were driven up to the Queen's private entrance in a blacked-out car for their informal hour-long meeting.
Meanwhile, Meghan has been busy filming scenes for legal drama Suits, in which she plays the character of Rachel Zane.
According to Hello!
Magazine, show creator Erin Korsh has confirmed that Rachel will tie the knot in season seven, and Meghan has been spotted wearing a wedding gown on set.
The star was seen in the same £5,400 barge dress she wore in season five, which she didn't get to wear then because her character's wedding was postponed.
Rumours are rife that Meghan will be leaving the show after this season, with Prince Harry apparently gearing up to propose to her as soon as filming wraps later this month.
