Meghan Markle’s Demanding Attitude: Clash of Cultures or Power Trip?

Former Suits star has been accused of dictatorial behaviour and clashing with royal staff in the lead-up to her wedding to .

Royal expert Tomminy claimed that Markle's demanding nature led to below-stairs chatter about her and Harry, causing some staff to question her position and who she thought she was.

Tomminy, the associate editor of The Daily Telegraph, suggested that Markle's background in the fast-paced celebrity world clashed with the slower-paced, hierarchical royal world.

According to The Daily Mail, Markle even requested that St. George's Chapel be spritzed by air fresheners, displaying her dictatorial attitude.

Moreover, the Harkle reportedly made an inappropriate request to the Queen that was immediately rejected.

After their 2018 wedding, the couple were on the hunt for a new home, but their request to live at Windsor Castle was refused.

Trending:

They had asked the Queen if living quarters could be made available after their marriage, but this was not possible.

In related news, former Brexit Party leader Nigel Farage believes that will dive into politics once her contracts with Spotify and Netflix are up.

He predicted that she would become the new darling of the hard left in the USA, similar to Democrat Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.

Farage discussed the couple's concerns about coronavirus misinformation on Spotify, and the fact that they have only produced one episode of their podcast despite being paid £18 million to produce it.

Farage also questioned why the West Coast of America has taken to the couple the way they have and predicted that many other contracts will be cancelled.

He believes that Meghan will soon announce that she is running for the House of Representatives or for the Senate, using her earnings from Spotify to fund her political campaign.

Returning to the allegations of Markle's demanding attitude, Tomminy suggested that the clash of cultures between the celebrity world and the royal world was to blame.

She explained that the royal world is much slower-paced and hugely hierarchical, with a hierarchy of staff who have been serving Queen and country for years.

Therefore, for Harry and Meghan to make demands, there was below-stairs chatter about who they thought they were.

It seems that Markle's background in Hollywood may have contributed to her behaviour, which was seen as inappropriate by some members of the royal staff.

However, others may argue that she was simply trying to assert her position and make her voice heard in a new environment.

It is unclear whether Markle's behaviour has improved since her wedding, but it is clear that her time in the royal family was fraught with tension and conflict.

As for Farage's prediction that Markle will enter politics, only time will tell.

It is possible that she will use her platform to advocate for causes that she cares about, but it remains to be seen whether she has the political acumen to succeed in the cutthroat world of American politics.

Regardless of her future plans, Markle's time in the royal family has left a lasting impact on both sides of the Atlantic, and her legacy is sure to be debated for years to come.
