Meghan Markle’s Envy Over Kate Middleton’s Stunning Gown

The Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, dazzled in a Jenny Packham gown at a New York City Gala, leaving Meghan Markle feeling envious and in tears as she left the red carpet.
