Meghan Markle’s Ties to Soho House and Harvey Weinstein

Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, has been linked to the exclusive franchise of clubs, Soho House, which caters to the rich, powerful, and influential.

While she never achieved superstardom as an actress on the show Suits, she did have mutual connections to disgraced media mogul Harvey Weinstein through the New York Soho House.

They also share a few other links.

In 2019, Meghan Markle hired Hollywood crisis management firm Sunshine Sachs to help her improve her image after being caught up in a string of controversies.

The company is known for representing disgraced US film producer Harvey Weinstein in 2015 when he was accused of groping model Ambra Bertolina.

Weinstein was accused of rape, s**ual assault, and s**ual abuse over a period of at least 30 years by more than 80 women in the industry.

A Royal insider told The Sun at the time that hiring a Hollywood firm to represent you for PR while a member of the Royal family is unorthodox, to say the least.

Senior palace courtiers have been left bemused over the last few months that the couple have been ignoring advice from their own highly professional team and will instead listen to outsiders in Hollywood.

But Meghan trusts Kelly who got a prime seat at a wedding and she's known for years.

Now as far as we can establish, Meghan doesn't have a direct face-to-face tie to Weinstein, however, she did occupy the New York Soho house.

We know that Markle loves the franchise, it's interesting to note that a Tumblr site called Just My Thoughts posted an interesting observation.

Markle has been to Soho house without besties Marcus Anderson and/or Misha Nonoo.

This implies that she doesn't have official membership and was merely a guest.

Again, this is just hearsay.

Going back to the Weinstein connection, for Meghan to have attended the New York location, she would have had to have been a guest.

According to an opinion video by Keep New York City Mega Trash Free, Meghan had a tie to Georgina Chapman, Weinstein's then-wife, and Karen Craig, who founded the Marchesa fashion label.

It's unknown if Markle ever wore the brand.

We doubt that she did wear the brand as she wasn't as rich back then.

She had money but not as much as now.

Also, it wouldn't surprise us if she tried to beg Georgina and Karen for freebies as she did with Victoria Beckham.

Moreover, she could have been a guest at the NYC Soho house and gotten to know the Marchesa founders that way.

Again, just speculation.

Tom Bower's book Revenge has opened a can of worms into Meghan Markle's personal life.

One of Meghan's famous friends is Misha Nonoo, who's no stranger to the royal family.

Misha is friends with Princess Eugene.

However it appears that Misha, through my observation, is using Meghan to grow a profile as a fashion designer.

Her first husband was a classmate and friend of William and Harry.
