Meghan Markle’s True Age Sparks Controversy Amidst Lawsuit
A lawsuit filed by Samantha Markle against Prince Harry and Meghan Markle following their infamous 2021 interview with Oprah has sparked controversy over the Duchess of Sussex's true age.
If the lawsuit is dismissed, Samantha Markle could face paying out legal fees.
As the Duchess of Sussex supposedly turns 41, pundits question whether this is another example of her convenient truths and suggest that she could actually be 45 years old.
The theory that Meghan was not born in 1981 as she claims, but in 1977, is supported by her well-documented graduation photo from her all-girls Catholic school in 1995.
However, when you realize that was her graduation from middle school, which doesn't exist in the UK, evidence of her actual high school graduation in 1999 with video is a very quick Google search away, as is her graduation from Northwestern in 2003.
Despite the evidence, if Meghan is lying about her age, it apparently started when she was a child, which obviously makes no sense.

Even if it were true, her real age would have been brought up by the likes of the Nanaki Pretty, Meghan's estranged friend since the age of two, who gives a tell-all interview about their subsequent falling out to the Daily Mail.
But she had said nothing on the subject.
There's one investigative video that does intense analyses of Capri Sun's invisible in some of Meghan's childhood photos to prove that she was drinking from old packaging that had been phased out by the year that she's claiming this picture was taken.
The rest, we'll be honest, are hateful things that we will not give an iota more oxygen, except the one that claims Meghan is in fact a born royal who was fostered by Doria and Thomas because, why yes, she's a queen.
It is correct that there has historically been pressure in Hollywood for women to lie about their age, to appear younger, and therefore more employable.
In fact, it's something Meghan herself addressed in a 2015 interview, saying, “I think that as women actors, the industry can assume that they have a shelf life,” she said, adding that her agents warned her not to reveal that she was older than 30.
“I'm always told don't say your age.
I'm 33 and I'm really comfortable with that.
I think if anyone has a problem, then it's their problem and not mine.”
Prince Harry and Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex, will be deposed as part of a defamation case brought on by Samantha Markle.
Markle is suing Meghan for defamation and earned jury's falsehood following the couple's 2021 interview with Oprah.
Samantha Markle's March 2022 lawsuit claims that Meghan made a demonstrably false and malicious statement to a worldwide audience, including the roughly 50 million people in 17 countries who watched the interview.
The threat to Samantha Markle that she might end up having to pay Meghan Markle's legal fees, which given how long this case has gone on, were clearly in excess of a hundred thousand dollars.
Under US defamation law, the defamatory statement has to be considered in the context in which it was read.
You can't just strip out one phrase.
That's not the way any of this works.
He added that the longer the case goes on, the more expensive it could possibly be for Samantha.
In their joint interview with US talk show host Oprah Winfrey in March 2021, Harry and Meghan spoke about both their families and made a series of allegations about the royal family.
However, amidst the controversy, the focus has shifted to Meghan's true age.
Whether she is actually 41 or 45 remains to be seen, but the debate continues to rage on.
