Oprah Turns on Meghan and Harry: Lies Uncovered

It has been just over a year since the Oprah interview aired, and the UK media came under fire for what were dubbed as racist headlines.

However, something that not many people caught at the time was that one of the headlines used was from an Australian outlet.

Most of the headlines used weren't even from UK publications, but from the US, which were passed off as being British.

Rory Tingle of The Mail Online did a whole article on the headlines when the interview dropped.

He rightly points out that another magazine cover was from the United States, Meghan's home country, in which she claimed that there were no tabloids in America.

Anyone who doesn't live under a rock will know that there are gossip magazines in every country, and the US is notorious for them.

Trending:

Recently, a tweet from Evan Zienstein regarding an old article from around the time Harry and Meghan were dating surfaced.

The article was posted by the Daily Mail regarding Meghan and her mother, Doria, being almost out of Compton.

What people missed is what was written in the byline of the article.

The article was written by two American journalists, and the byline says one was writing from Los Angeles and the other from Long Island, New York.

One or both of these journalists are people of colour.

So, why would two Americans be writing a slanted article on a biracial woman and her black mother when they're people of colour themselves?

It's unclear.

In conclusion, the origin of the newspaper takes precedence over the facts, hence why the UK Daily Mail was blamed and not the US edition.

Since and left their outstanding obligations, they've figured on 's assistance and cooperation.

Yet, that is all over now, according to one tabloid.

Winfrey reportedly turned on Markle and Harry after she found out they had lied to her during their now shameful meeting back in March.

As soon as those words began coming out, and Oprah discovered that they'd either swelled or out and out equivocated to her, she was incensed, and inside saw stitches.

Oprah thought she was on the money, that she would score another Emmy for her work.

After all, her BFF, Gayle King, said the Sussex interview was the best one Winfrey had done.

However, that's not what the public thought.

Every claim was fact-checked and debunked as untrue.

Since the former talk show host was friends with the Sussexes, she thought she was helping them.

Instead, the altered headlines made the public hate them more.

However, there was one upside to the interview; it got people talking.

Not to mention, it also prompted a backlash against the royals.

It would come out that almost everything Markle and Harry said was nothing more than degrading lies.

Ultimately, the public woke up, and the tide turned back to the royals.

The drama only lasted a day or two before the media were throwing the mistruths back in Harry, Meghan, and Oprah's faces.

Then, in shock horror, Winfrey started removing the interview from the internet with only a few small traces remaining.

This is when the stories started to come out that she had cut ties with the couple.

A video later came out on Twitter of Oprah saying no one should be questioning Harry and Meghan's truth.

However, it is unclear when this video was filmed.

It could have been after the interview before it blew up in their faces.
