Prince Harry to Attend King’s Coronation Alone, Meghan Markle to Stay Behind with Son on His Birthday
According to Palace Insider Paul Burrell, the King has retained the moral high ground by inviting Prince Harry and Meghan Markle to his coronation.
However, Meghan will not be present at the event, which will take place in London on May 6th.
Burrell, who was Princess Diana's former butler, claims that Harry will attend the coronation alone.
Although the couple had received an invitation, they had not yet confirmed their attendance.
A spokesperson stated that the immediate decision on their attendance would not be disclosed at this time.
If they do attend, it may be incredibly uncomfortable for them to reunite with Harry's family, particularly after negative comments made by the couple over the past few months.

Burrell suggests that Meghan may not be strong enough to attend the event, as she would have to face a family she has pushed under the bus.
He goes on to suggest that Harry may attend alone, as Meghan reportedly told him she would not be able to be by his side at the event.
The coronation falls on May 6th, which is also their son Artie's fourth birthday.
Royal expert Charles Wray suggests that this could be the perfect excuse for Meghan to not make an appearance.
She may well stay behind and enjoy the celebrations with her son.
Harry and Meghan had previously attended the late Queen's funeral in London on September 19th, which was their last trip to the UK.
The death of Harry's grandmother led the couple to extend their visit in the UK, which was originally planned for work events.
This marks three years since the couple decided to step down as senior royals and begin a new non-royal life in the US.
They currently reside in California with their children, 3-year-old Archie and 20-month-old Lilibet.
Burrell also suggests that the Sussexes should stay in America after turning their back on the royal family.
The event would also be difficult for Harry, as he would have to see Camilla, Queen Consort, at the event.
In his memoir Spare, Harry had previously claimed that he and his brother William had begged Charles not to marry Camilla, although they welcomed her into the family with no hard feelings as the marriage went ahead.
