Prince Harry’s Longtime Crush on Meghan Markle: A Royal Romance
Prince Harry and his girlfriend, Meghan Markle's romance has been the talk of the town for quite some time.
However, it seems that their relationship started long before they were introduced by a mutual friend in the summer of 2016.
According to a new documentary titled When Harry Met Meghan, A Royal Romance, the smitten royal had set his sights on the US actress two years prior to meeting her.
In the documentary, royal expert Katie Nicholl reveals that Harry had described Meghan as the palace's ideal girl.
He had a crush on Rachel Zane, the character that Meghan plays in the legal drama Suits.
“He said Meghan Markle from Suits,” Katie said, reports The Sun.

“The reason I know is because I was having drinks with one of his friends.”
It is believed that Harry asked their mutual friend Marcus Anderson to arrange a meeting when Meghan was in London in July 2016 to watch Serena Williams play at Wimbledon.
“He asked Marcus if he could set up, not a date, but an opportunity for them to meet and that happened in one of the private rooms of Soho House,” Katie revealed.
According to Katie, Meghan made a lasting impression on Harry during their first meeting.
“‘She was funny, feisty, confident and she wasn't swayed or knocked by the fact that he was Prince Harry, she thought he was terribly cute,' according to Katie.”
Harry later told his close pals that she was a cracking girl.
The documentary also reveals that preparations for a royal wedding may already be underway.
