The mum then asked Catherine, would you like to nurse him?

The princess's face then lit up, and she shoots her husband an excited look before replying, oh yes, I'd love to.

Catherine, who is a mother of three, then cradled the infant in her arms as William gave her a knowing smile and joked, more babies, more babies, before conceding that Catherine loves cuddling babies.

The prince then described the baby as very sweet before a lady who was part of the group dared to ask the cheeky question.

The lady asked, are you going to try tonight, sir, causing people to laugh.

Although William's immediate response is not clear, he appears to jokingly reply, that's how it ends.

Twitter users reacted en masse to heartwarming footage of Catherine holding a baby, commenting on her being natural with children and teasing about Prince William's reaction to the image.

One user wrote, “I love seeing the Princess of Wales with babies and children; she has such a natural way with them.”

Another joked, “Watch out Prince William, Catherine may get her baby fever.”

This was the second occasion in two days that Catherine had been spotted holding a baby while attending an official event.

When she unexpectedly paid a visit to the maternity ward at the Royal Surrey County Hospital on Wednesday, she tenderly cuddled a premature baby.

It happened when she met Sylvia Novak, a new mother, and her six-week-old early-born daughter Bianca.

Adorable pictures showed the princess speaking with Ms. Novak while clutching little Bianca.

In the special baby care unit of the hospital, the new mother, who is originally from Budapest, Hungary, asked the princess if she would like to hold the baby while the two were conversing.

Catherine replied, “Am I allowed to?”

before a member of the staff helped Ms. Novak pass the baby to Catherine.

“Bianca is really sweet,” Catherine said as she cuddled her in her arms.

She then gave the infant back to Ms. Novak and continued her tour of the facility.

“I asked her if she wanted to hold her, and she chose to do so,” Ms. Novak commented.

“I can't blame her.

Bianca is adorable.

Speaking with the princess was a pleasure, really.

I was impressed.

There doesn't seem to be any distance between your classes.

It really is lovely.”

It is evident that Princess Catherine has a natural way with babies, and it is heartwarming to see her interact with them.

Her love for children is evident, and it is no surprise that she is a wonderful mother to her three children.

The royal couple's visit to Northern Ireland was a success, and the sight of Catherine holding little Isaac will be remembered by many for a long time.
