Queen Elizabeth Meets Princess Beatrice’s Daughter Sienna First Before Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s Second-Born Child

Queen Elizabeth II recently met her youngest great-grandchild, Sienna Elizabeth, daughter of Princess Beatrice and Eduardo Mapelli Mozzi.

According to Woman's Day, the Queen decided to meet Sienna first before Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's second-born child.

The meeting allegedly took place at Windsor Castle after Her Majesty returned home from spending several weeks at Balmoral Castle.

The Queen was pictured en route to church in Windsor on Sunday for the first time since the start of the pandemic.

She may have visited Prince Andrew and his family, including Princess Beatrice and her baby girl Sienna on the way home.

Sienna was named after her great-grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II.

However, the meeting between the Queen and her great-granddaughter was bittersweet for Princess Beatrice.

She allegedly wanted to name her daughter Lily but was shocked to learn that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle decided to give the name to their daughter.

The only consolation that Princess Beatrice got was when the Queen decided to meet her daughter first before Prince Harry and Markle's child.

It is reported that a traditional royal christening with the Queen might be one of the features of royal life that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are not providing for their daughter Lilibet.

While Princess Beatrice's new baby Sienna is set to have one, according to reports.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's decision to raise baby girl Lilibet in the United States with her big brother Archie means she is not expected to receive a traditional royal christening.

There are fears this may be seen as a royal snub as while Princess Beatrice's new child is set to have one.

Princess Beatrice, her husband Eduardo Mapelli Mottsim, and their baby Sienna, who are based at their St. James's Palace residence in London, are expected to visit the Queen for a christening ceremony in the near future.

Her Majesty's reluctance to travel abroad in her old age, a decision hastened by the continuing global Covid-19 pandemic, makes it incredibly unlikely that her namesake Lilibet will be given the honor of her presence should she be christened in the United States.

Two years ago, Prince Harry and Markle announced that they are expecting their first child while at Princess Eugenie's royal wedding.

They also announced that they are pregnant with baby number two around the time that Princess Eugenie gave birth.

Princess Beatrice is allegedly upset with Prince Harry and Markle for upstaging Princess Eugenie's royal wedding and pregnancy announcement.

Royal expert Daniela Elza said to News.com.au earlier this year that she believes Lilibet's ceremony has both potential to either improve or to further damage Harry's relationship with his family.

This would depend on whether they opt for a stateside affair or christening that takes place back in the UK, where Harry was last seen for Prince Philip's funeral in April this year.

However, in the latest news, royal sources have revealed that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's plan to have Lilibet christened at Windsor Castle is now off the cards, with a California ceremony now far more likely.

It had previously been suggested the couple would christen their child at Windsor Castle in front of the monarch, who is yet to meet her great-granddaughter.

However, sources have now revealed that a christening in the UK was highly unlikely and the pair will instead opt to christen their daughter at the Episcopal Church of the US.

A palace source told that there will not be a christening in the UK.

It is not happening.

Meanwhile, another insider added it was highly unlikely.
