Spotify Loses 30% of Its Value After Launching Meghan Markle’s Podcast

In a shocking turn of events, Spotify has reportedly lost 30% of its value after launching 's podcast.

The company, which was once worth almost $70 billion, is now valued at just $19 billion and continues to plummet.

This comes after the company spent a massive amount on advertising for Markle, only to see their profits dwindle.

It seems that companies are not learning from past mistakes, as this is not the first time that Markle's involvement has had a negative impact on a business.

When Netflix announced that the couple had signed a multi-year deal with them, people were not happy and cancelled their subscriptions.

Netflix lost almost 10% in stocks in just one day, and their value has continued to decrease since then.

Despite this, Spotify is allegedly still manipulating numbers to make it seem like Markle's podcast is more popular than it actually is.

While the company claims that her podcast is the number 3 podcast in the US, the most recently released episode is only coming in at number 32.

All other episodes are failing to chart, which raises questions about the accuracy of Spotify's ranking system.

In the fifth episode of her podcast, Markle showed that she is in touch with her “wokeys” by issuing a trigger warning upfront.

However, she then launched into another rant against the Hollywood machine that has apparently ignored her, except for when begged Disney honcho Robert Iger for a job on the red carpet in front of Beyonce.

This earned Markle a voiceover as an elephant, but little else.

Markle has also been criticized for making controversial comments about various groups of people.

Last week, she referred to cinematic Asian females as “s** hungry”, and this week she found fault with characters in How I Met Your Mother and Scrubs.

These discussions seem to have little to do with her reported political ambitions, but they make Spotify happy.

Despite all of this, Markle seems determined to talk her way into another lucrative contract, come hell or high water.

Her delusional minions will carry her there on their backs, while Hollywood still ignores her.

It remains to be seen whether companies will continue to fall for the “Markle touch” or if they will finally learn their lesson.
