Meghan Markle’s Pregnancy Controversy and Family Rift

's pregnancy was a topic of controversy, with many people criticizing her for different things, including her fashion choices and the way she rubbed her baby bump.

However, a particularly cruel rumor started to circulate that Meghan wasn't really pregnant, but had a surrogate carry her baby, making the whole pregnancy a hoax.

Critics scrutinized the Duchess' demeanor and pregnant body, searching for proof that the pregnancy was staged.

Many people noticed that Meghan's baby bump seemed to fluctuate in size, often dramatically over the course of a few days.

Two images were compared, one taken on January 10, 2019, and the other on January 14, 2019.

Meghan was wearing a form-fitting black gown in the first series of pictures when she was visiting Smartworks, her new patronage.

Although she was sporting a visible baby bump, it was fairly moderate in size.

Four days later, and were pictured attending a feeding book in Head Citizen's Store, a charitable alliance of churches, food banks, and other community organizations dedicated to eradicating hunger in their community.

Meghan seemed to have a much bigger stomach than she had just days ago, this time wearing a purple dress that was much looser around the midsection.

Other public appearances by the Duchess revealed her engaging in activities that some skeptics questioned were possible for a woman so far along in her pregnancy as Meghan Markle.

Markle, for example, crouched down to pet a dog on a visit to Mayhew, an animal shelter that was one of Markle's patronages, and stood up unassisted.

Since the picture was taken in mid-January and Markle gave birth in May, this innocent incident happened when Markle was about four or five months along in her pregnancy.

There were also some videos circulating about Meghan's alleged fake pregnancy.

In one video, Meghan's pregnant belly appeared to sway erratically back and forth with each step she took.

Almost 400 people said they'd never seen a pregnant woman's stomach turn like that before.

This had to be evidence that Meghan was wearing a fake stomach or some other device to trick the public into thinking she was pregnant, they reasoned.

Despite all the rumors and criticisms, Meghan gave birth to a healthy baby boy in May 2019.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex named their son Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor.

In other news, a friend of and Meghan Markle finally broke the silence on the family rift that's erupting between and King Charles.

US presenter Gail King issued this shocking insight in his latest interview with Extra.

The CBS Mornings host started off by explaining all the attempts on either side to heal the rift and was quoted saying, “there have been efforts on both sides to sort of make this right.

We shall see.

Big families always go through drama, always go through turmoil.

It remains to be seen.

Are they going to be drawn closer together or are they going to be drawn apart?

I have no idea.

I have no inside information on that.

But I will tell you this, it was good to see Harry standing with his family.”

This claim comes shortly after an insider close to the Sunday Times pointed out the lacking rapprochement.

The joint appearances take effort.

There was an understanding that we need to show solidarity, not just we need to do this because it's our duty.

But I don't think it goes much beyond that.

There have been some awkward moments this week.

I definitely don't get the sense of any deeper meaningful rapprochement or a sense that this is it, things will be mended.
