Princess Charlotte to become Duchess of Edinburgh: King Charles’ plans for the future of the Royal Family
The British Royal Family is known for having the most expensive jewelry collection in the world, but it seems that they are also planning out their family members' futures down to the smallest detail.
According to the highly respected author Robert Jobson, Princess Charlotte is set to be the luckiest recipient of one of the grandest titles in the family.
Being a member of the Royal Family comes with a certain level of expectation and responsibility, and with Prince George already slated to become King one day, it's important that Princess Charlotte still has a role to play.
Thankfully, King Charles has been busy mapping out the future of the family and has earmarked Charlotte for a new title that will ensure she remains an important member of the Royal Household.
According to Jobson's new book, King Charles has decided that Charlotte should become the Duchess of Edinburgh after her uncle, Prince Edward, dies.
While this may seem like a small detail, it's actually quite a significant one.

The title of Duke or Duchess is one of the most prestigious in the Royal Family, and being bestowed with such an honour is no small feat.
King Charles has also been giving some thought to the continued use of titles by Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
While the couple is still technically the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, there has been some talk of stripping them of their titles due to Harry's recent comments about the monarchy.
According to Jobson's book, the King is not in favour of getting rid of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's title, but other senior royals are less indulgent.
It seems that if Harry continues to cause trouble, King Charles may be forced to take action to limit the scope of the situation.
And who knows, Harry and Meghan could one day find themselves demoted to Mr and Mrs Mountbatten-Windsor of Montecito, California.
As for Prince Louis, the youngest member of the Wales's family, there's no word yet on what title he may be given.
But considering that he's only four years old, there's still plenty of time for King Charles to come up with a suitable moniker for him.
All in all, it seems that King Charles is doing his best to ensure that the future of the royal family is secure.
And while some may find the constant planning and strategizing a bit excessive, it's hard to deny that the British monarchy is an institution that takes its responsibilities seriously.
Princess Charlotte's future as the Duchess of Edinburgh ensures that she will have an important role in the Royal Household, even after her brother becomes King.
