Prince George: The Future King Being Prepared Gradually

Prince George, the seven-year-old son of Prince William and Duchess Kate, is third in line to the throne.

He will one day become king, succeeding his father, but that day may be far off.

Queen Elizabeth is still going strong, and Prince Charles also has to have a turn as monarch.

According to Royal Watcher Katie Nishall, the notion that Prince George will one day be king is being introduced to him gradually by the royal family.

Katie claims that George is an absolute pleasure to be around, and that's down to his parents.

They want to protect him from that moment, so it's an idea that's being introduced to him gradually.

The true enormity of what his life will one day be isn't something he's fully aware of yet.

However, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's eldest child reportedly has an understanding that he's very different from his siblings Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.

In 2019, for the Queen's Christmas Day message, footage was filmed of George learning how to make Christmas puddings alongside his father, grandfather Charles, and the monarch.

His siblings didn't feature in the clip, while the youngster was also photographed in a portrait with the monarch and her son and grandson, which was released in January 2020.

Despite the fact that he will one day inherit the throne, Prince William and his wife Duchess Kate are determined to give George a down-to-earth upbringing, and they aren't raising him to be spoiled or get special treatment.

Katie said that it is believed William and Kate chose Thomassey's Battersea for Prince George's early years of schooling because of its nurturing environment and the focus on being kind.

The relaxed approach to preparing Prince George for his future could be down to how William felt as a teenager when he was troubled by the sense of duty that awaited him.

As a young man, William really struggled with that notion of kingship.

The realization that he had no choice about which path his life would take, that he couldn't become a doctor or a vet if he chose, weighed very heavily on him.

He got treated differently from his younger brother.

When the boys went for tea with the Queen Mother, William would get the first choice of sandwiches or cake.

It was all about William.

Diana overcompensated in terms of her affection for Harry because she was very aware that he didn't get the same attention William got.

William and Kate aim to ensure all the youngsters feel equal.

They make a point of ensuring their three children feel equal and they are all treated the same.

Katie added that she doesn't think William and Kate have made a big thing of saying to George, “One day you will be king.”

They're not raising him to be spoiled or to have an inflated sense of his own importance.

He doesn't get special treatment just because he's the future heir.

Prince George has a bright future ahead of him, no matter what happens.

He is being prepared gradually for his future role, and his parents are determined to give him a down-to-earth upbringing.

Despite the fact that he will one day inherit the throne, he is being raised to be humble and kind, just like any other child.

The royal family is introducing the idea of kingship to him slowly, so he can understand the enormity of what his life will one day be.
