Prince George Unimpressed as Nick Kyrios Swears During Wimbledon Final

The world was watching as Novak Djokovic claimed his seventh Wimbledon title in four sets against Australian tennis player Nick Kyrios.

However, it wasn't just the incredible game that caught everyone's attention, but also the reaction of young Prince George.

The eight-year-old future king was in attendance at Centre Court with his parents, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, for his treat day.

Dressed in a posh blue suit, shirt, and tie, he watched as Kyrios took on Djokovic.

During the match, Kyrios shouted expletives up to his team, prompting Marion Bartoli, former Wimbledon champion, to comment on BBC Radio 5 Live, “This just has to stop.

Kyrios can't keep doing this.

This is the final of Wimbledon.

The umpire has to step up and do something.”

Kyrios also asked the umpire to kick out a drunk fan from the front row, claiming she looked like she'd consumed about 700 drinks.

He said, “It's distracting me when I'm serving in a Wimbledon final.

There's no other bigger occasion.

You don't believe me, and she did it again, and it nearly cost me the game.

Why is she still here?

She is drunk out of her mind in the first row speaking to me in the middle of the game.

What is acceptable?

Keep her out.

I know exactly which one it is.

It's the one who looks like she's had about 700 drinks, bro.”

Kyrios' outburst didn't go unnoticed by Prince George, who covered his head with his hands as he looked on nervously during the early stages of the fierce contest.

With the pair tied at one set each, George appeared to have a somewhat confused and scrunched look on his face as he looked in the direction of the Australian.

Plenty of people have taken to Twitter after Kyrios' outburst at his box, with one user tweeting, “The little Prince George is not impressed with all the swear words from Nick.

His expression got me laughing so hard earlier.”

Another agreed, adding, “These constant foul-mouthed trades by Nick Kyrios at the Wimbledon final right in front of the Royal Box and young eight-year-old Prince George are a disgrace.

Hope he gets fined big time.”

Despite the distraction, young George was seen getting some pointers from his sports-mad dad about what was happening, appearing to receive some key tips on how the final was shaping up.

Prince George is known to be a keen tennis fan, though, and has been having lessons on the court since he was five.

After the thrilling final, All England club patron Catherine handed the trophy to Djokovic.

In a sweet moment in the members' area after the match, Prince George was given the trophy to hold by Djokovic.

His dad William joked, “Don't drop it,” and George told Djokovic, “It was great,” after seeing his first Wimbledon match.

George beamed as he got his hands on the trophy, although after looking at the engraved names he handed it to his mum, saying, “It's a bit heavy.”

Djokovic has not been beaten on centre court since he lost to Andy Murray in 2013.

After his latest triumph, he ate a blade of the grass, as he has done in previous years, then lay down on the court on his stomach and held out his arms and legs.

Temperatures soared to 30 degrees, 86 Fahrenheit, for the men's final with 1,500 spectators gathered in centre court and Henman Hill at capacity.

Catherine looked summery in a navy blue skirt and matching top with white polka dots by designer Alessandra Rich.

Her eight-year-old son looked smart in a navy suit with a green and navy tie as he cheered the players from the Royal Box.

The visit echoed William's first day at Wimbledon, age nine, with his mum, Princess Diana, in 1991.

Catherine told Djokovic, “The level of tennis you played was amazing.

It was great that Prince George was here to see you play like this.

He's eight, yes, so William came around the same age with his mother.”

When she revealed that all three of her children played tennis, including four-year-old Prince Louis, she continued, “They all play, even Louis.
