Her husband Harry was also seen repeatedly rubbing her lower back, which added to the rumours.

Further fuel was added to the fire when Meghan was spotted holding her stomach as she got off the plane in Australia.

Her mother Doria Ragland was also seen taking baby care classes in Pasadena, California, recently, indicating that she may be moving to London from the US to help take care of her new grandchild.

Meghan has reportedly said that she does not want to hire staff or a nanny after the baby is born, and so is keen to have her mother provide extra support.

The new Royal baby is expected to take the surname Sussex, in the same way that 's children have taken his title Cambridge as their last name at school and nursery.

Princesses Eugenie and Beatrice have previously used the surname York, after their father's title , the Duke of York.
