But he's pretty certain there will be an issue regarding Harry, and they're claiming it's not relevant.

So far, they haven't gotten any dates provided to them for Meghan, so he guesses you could read between the lines, but their goal is to take her deposition.

He's hopeful they will prevail on the motion to dismiss.
