Meghan Markle’s Pre-Wedding Diet: Giving Up Wine and Following a Balanced Workout Routine

An expert has revealed that one of the best ways to lose weight and boost beauty is by giving up alcohol.

Meghan, who is a big fan of wine, even named her blog The Tig after one of her favorite tipples, the Tignanello.

However, the wine is not cheap, and nutritionist Helen Bond suspects that Meghan could save herself some cash and some hangovers by giving up wine to prepare for her royal wedding.

Alcohol contains little other than calories, so if your wedding dress or outfit is still a bit tight, it's wise to cut down.

The expert added that a glass of Pimm's contains over 160 calories and 20 grams of sugar, which is 5 teaspoons of sugar and 2 thirds of your daily maximum free sugar allowance.

In other news, Christina Brown, author of “The Real Diana,” claimed that Meghan Markle was delusional about her worth in the royal family.

Speaking to 60 Minutes Australia, Brown admitted that the Duchess of Sussex loved to have star power.

During their tour of Australia in 2018, Meghan thought that the royal family needed her celebrity more than she needed them.

Brown said that this puzzled the royal household tremendously.

Although their tour was a wild success, Meghan wanted to be able to talk about the causes she cared about as her, rather than being a representative figure in the monarchy.
