Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Release Official Engagement Portraits

and have finally released their official engagement portraits, almost a month after announcing their plan to tie the knot next year.

The couple chose celebrated fashion and celebrity photographer Alexi Lubomirski to capture their special moments.

The two photographs were taken earlier this week at Frogmore House, a private royal residence in the grounds of Windsor Castle.

The location of the photoshoot has sparked rumors that it could be a possible venue for their wedding reception.

It is worth noting that Harry's cousin, Peter Phillips, held his own wedding reception with Canadian Autumn Kelly at Frogmore House in 2008.

It was also at that party that Harry introduced his then-girlfriend, Chelsea Davie, to his grandmother, II, for the first time.

The couple announced their engagement on November 27, and a few days later, introduced his bride-to-be to the nation during a series of official events in Nottingham.

It has already been confirmed that Ms. Markle will be part of the royal party at Sandringham for Christmas.

This means that she will be spending her first Christmas with the royal family.

The couple's choice of photographer did not come from a personal relationship; they simply liked his work.

Royal aides confirmed this information.

Mr. Lubomirski said, “It was an incredible honor to be asked to document this wonderful event, but also a great privilege to be invited to share and be a witness to this young couple's love for one another.
