However, the same cannot be said for Lily, the daughter of Harry and Meghan.

The couple's estrangement from the royal family means that Lily is unlikely to appear in front of them anytime soon.

Furthermore, there is uncertainty over whether Harry and Meghan will even attend the coronation, which falls on their son 's fourth birthday.

More than 2,000 people are expected to attend the ceremony at Westminster Abbey, but it has not yet been confirmed who will be among the guests.

The date of May 6th was chosen for the coronation in consultation with the government, the Church of England, and the Royal Household, but no further details have been given on why it was picked.

It is also unclear whether there will be an extra bank holiday to mark the occasion.

Harry's relationship with his father has been strained in recent years, with the Duke of Sussex telling that he felt let down by Charles during the run-up to the Megxit crisis.

Meghan, meanwhile, has accused the royal family of racism, claiming that was not given the title of Prince because of his race.

In contrast to the drama surrounding Harry and Meghan, the three royal children of the Prince and Princess of Wales – , Princess Charlotte, and – are set to enjoy a festive period filled with Christmas fairs and other fun activities at their prestigious private school, Lambroke in Berkshire.

The school's website describes its parent-teacher community as “very active,” with events throughout the year including a Christmas fair, a quiz night, and a summer party or ball.

It is likely that the royal children will attend the Christmas fair and have a wonderful time.

As for Lily, she has just started walking, according to Meghan's recent podcast.

The one-year-old and her brother Archie, who is just over three years old, are “toddling” and growing up quickly.

While the British royal family may be facing challenges and upheaval, Princess Charlotte's special role at her grandfather's coronation is a reminder that some traditions and relationships endure.
