Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have once again been dubbed as “neighbors from hell” by their Montecito neighbors.

In a recent issue, Life & Style claimed that the couple's neighbors are not thrilled to have them there.

One neighbor went on record to detail his experiences with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

He said that there was a time he bumped into them and said hello, but they ignored him.

The neighbor claimed that and Markle just bowed their heads and looked away.

Before they relocated to Montecito, there were claims that and Markle's staff asked their neighbors not to strike a conversation with the couple.

The aides also urged everyone to avoid petting their dogs.

According to the neighbor, this practice didn't seem to change following the couple's move even though it was no longer formally asked of them.

There was another instance wherein Prince Harry accidentally drove his bicycle in between his neighbor and his neighbor's friend.

The Duke of Sussex never apologized, and the neighbor said that he would have been more forgiving if they were nicer and friendlier.

But since they're not, he's also one of those people who are condemning the couple.

The neighbor claimed that Prince Harry and Markle brought too many problems into their neighborhood.

In fact, the once quiet and sleepy town is no longer the same as it once was.

Actor Roblo, who lives about a mile away from the Sussexes, excitedly recalled a time he saw Harry in his car.

He admitted he even followed the vehicle back to Harry's house to check it was definitely him.

Mr.

Lo claimed it looked like the Duke was sporting a ponytail.

Appearing on The Late Late Show with James Corden, Mr.

Lo said, “I'm in my basement, as you are, in my house in Montecito.

I just ran into your countryman, the English treasure Prince Harry at the stop light ten minutes ago.

He lives about a mile from me, he's been very reclusive.

Seeing him in the neighborhood is like seeing the Loch Ness Monster dash and I finally saw him.”

The actor revealed, “let me tell you something, once the royals move into your neighborhood, the neighborhood is never going to be the same.

When Oprah moved in, that began the sort of resurgence of Montecito.

And now that the royals are there, the good news is property values go up, the bad news is the lines are longer at Starbucks.”

As of late, the term “neighbors from hell” is only used by the tabloids to refer to Prince Harry and Markle.

They have also used the same moniker to refer to other celebrities like Angelina Jolie and Ellen DeGeneres.

Harry has already shown his love for being by the sea, with photos of him at the beach with one of his dogs appearing in his new documentary, The Me You Can't See, which he produced with Winfrey.

He and Meghan also shared footage of them playing with , their two-year-old son, at the beach during their interview with Winfrey in March.

Harry has also confirmed is going to preschool in the area.

On the Armchair Expert podcast, he spoke to Shepard about his frustration that his son and Meghan were photographed on the toddler's first day.

The Santa Barbara Tourist Board website welcomed Harry and Meghan last year, saying that while there was heightened interest in the area because of their arrival, locals would largely leave them alone and allow them to enjoy their peaceful surroundings.

It also pointed out they could enjoy walks in the mountains and on the beach, and that Harry could pick up polo again at the Santa Barbara Polo and Racquet Club.

Overall, it seems that Prince Harry and 's neighbors in Montecito are not thrilled to have them there.

Despite the couple's efforts to keep to themselves, their presence has caused a stir in the once quiet and sleepy town.

While some may be forgiving if they were nicer and friendlier, others are condemning the couple for bringing too many problems into their neighborhood.

Only time will tell how their relationship with their neighbors will develop.
