Harry and Meghan Criticised for Not Paying Nanny Overtime
Jessica Reid Kraus, popularly known as athouseinahabit on Instagram, has revealed some new tea about Harry and Meghan.
With over a million followers on her account, she shared on her Instagram story that a source close to the situation disclosed that the couple's latest nanny, employed between August and October, quit because they refused to pay her overtime hours during that period.
The nanny was expected to work around the clock for almost a month without notice while the couple left their kids at home in California for weeks to go to the UK.
Royal Watchers on Instagram criticised the Harkles, with one user saying that it was ridiculous not to pay someone who lives paycheck to paycheck.
The user added that they would quit as well, and that the couple is desperate for money, hence the new lawsuits.
Another user stated that it was sad that the couple wouldn't pay top dollar to people they trust their kids with, which shows how little they value not only their workers but also their kids.

Meanwhile, another user commented that the couple's two kids have no stability, with a new nanny every three months, which is not good.
In contrast, the Wales' children have had the same nanny since George was born.
Recently, Archie's former nanny, Lauren Kumalo, spoke about the moment she met Prince Harry, revealing that he was walking around barefoot outside of the marital home, Frogmore Cottage.
Lauren, who currently works as a neonatal intensive care and pediatric nurse at private maternity hospital, The Portland in Westminster, speaks in the couple's new Netflix show, saying that she got a speeding ticket on the way to Frogmore Cottage after getting the call to work for the couple.
However, meeting Prince Harry instantly put her at ease.
When Lauren arrived at Frogmore Cottage, she saw a tall, ginger guy walking barefoot.
She had new shoes from Clarks, and whatever she thought or felt about the formality just sort of slid.
She felt so at ease with Prince Harry, she recalled.
The couple were really hands-on parents, and they would come in to see baby Archie in the morning and feed him before the nanny would take over from them and take the newborn out for a stroll.
The Portland Hospital is where royal women have given birth for generations, and it is also the palace where both Prince Harry and his son, Archie, were born.
After Archie's birth, Meghan's mother Doria stayed at Frogmore Cottage for a month and was present when her daughter brought Archie home from the hospital.
Meghan said that it was great to have her there, but they were in a position where they didn't have someone to help them with Archie.
The pressure on Harry must be immense, with contracts no longer coming in as they thought, which is why they're so bitter and vengeful.
Things in the land of the free didn't turn out as they expected.
On the other hand, his brother is a billionaire, and his father is the king of the real crown.
It's not that the couple is broke, but they can't keep up with their outrageous spending if they don't have more income coming in.
It's worth noting that the couple has been involved in several lawsuits recently, including one against the Mail on Sunday for publishing a private letter Meghan wrote to her father.
The couple has also faced criticism for their lavish spending, including the renovation of Frogmore Cottage and their use of private jets.
