Prince George to Join Royal Engagements with Guidance from Catherine
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are preparing their eight-year-old son, Prince George, for his future as king.
While Prince William's Cambridge blueprint leaked by the London press made little mention of his young heir, insiders say that the couple is very much preparing him for his own public life.
However, instead of shadowing his dad, George will be guided by his mum, Catherine.
As part of William's plans, they want to do more overseas engagements, sometimes as a couple, other times solo, but make them shorter.
This was done with George in mind, so he can come along and learn how it all works without missing too much school.
Currently, plans are secretly underway for Catherine to take George on her next tour, most likely when he's on a break from school.

Palace insiders believe the arrangement is the perfect way for shy George to start learning the royal ropes.
Like her late mother-in-law, Princess Diana, before her, Catherine's focus is on early childhood initiatives, so she's often meeting youngsters around George's age.
The plan is for George to gain confidence and understanding of what it's like out there for kids his own age from all walks of life, by meeting them with her.
Meanwhile, William can take on the heaviest stuff like mental health and climate change, which he worries would be too great of a burden for a boy still so young.
The Queen is said to be proud that George is getting stuck into his lifetime of service already.
She knows all too well that George is starting to understand what lays ahead.
The Cambridge children are going to have visible roles in the Queen's upcoming Platinum Jubilee celebrations, according to reports.
Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis are reportedly set to appear at a number of events in tribute to the Queen as a show of royal force when she celebrates 70 years of rule in June.
According to reports, the three children are likely to ride in a carriage to the Trooping the Colour ceremony, taking place on 2 June, before appearing on the balcony at Buckingham Palace as the royal family watch the RAF flyover.
Their dad, Prince William, is said to be leading the Trooping of Colour ceremony.
Prince George and Princess Charlotte joined their parents on Easter Sunday to attend the royal family's annual Easter service.
While only eight years old, a body language expert claimed George showed signs that he is coming of age.
Body language expert Judy James claimed that Prince George's body language signs leading up to the service were significant.
Mostly, they were different from normal.
Instead of holding one of his parent's hands, like he usually does, the eight-year-old walked alone with confidence.
This change of dynamic suggests George is now seen as pretty grown up and able to appear as an individual royal rather than a royal child.
William even seems to emphasize the decision to allow George to go it alone a little by holding his right arm crooked so that there is no hand dangling for George to hold on to.
However, Judy noted that this new freedom still allowed for some touches and gestures of reassurance from both William and Catherine.
Catherine touches her son on the back to gently push him forward as they make their introductions, and there is a loving stroke on the back of the head from William.
In conclusion, Prince George is being prepared for his future role as king, and his parents are taking steps to ensure he is ready for public life.
By guiding him on overseas engagements and allowing him to meet other children his age, they hope to build his confidence and understanding of his future responsibilities.
