Princess Charlotte’s Thank You Card to Fans
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have sent a special thank you note to their fans who reached out to them on Princess Charlotte's third birthday last month.
As is customary, the family sent a beautiful card to recipients with a photograph of Charlotte on her first day at nursery, which had been taken by her mother, Duchess Kate, and released by Kensington Palace earlier in the year.
The message inside the card read, “The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge thank you for so kindly writing as you did to Princess Charlotte on the occasion of her third birthday.
This was most thoughtful of you, and greatly appreciated by their Royal Highnesses who send their best wishes.”
Charlotte celebrated her third birthday on May 2, and to mark the special day, Prince William and Kate released an adorable picture of her cuddling up to her baby brother, Prince Louis, who was born on April 23.
In the photo, Charlotte looked like a doting big sister as she kissed Louis on the forehead.

On closer inspection, it was revealed that Charlotte was wearing the same cosy blue wool cardigan that her big brother, Prince George, had worn in the official portraits taken by Annie Leibovitz for the Queen's 90th birthday in 2016.
The fine edgery cardigan worn by both children was sold for £39 online at children's clothes store Alioli, although it is now out of stock.
Little Charlotte was last seen in public at the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's Royal Wedding in May.
She delighted the crowds as she waved to them outside St George's Chapel and took her duty as a bridesmaid very seriously, taking charge of the other bridesmaids and page boys on the big day.
According to a royal guest who attended the wedding, Charlotte was sweet and organised.
She even instructed one of the other girls to wait until they were asked before going somewhere.
