Meghan Markle Accused of Manipulating Harry and Controlling Their Public Perception
An Australian politician has accused Meghan Markle of being manipulative and controlling in regards to how she and her husband, Prince Harry, are perceived by the public.
Tina McQueen, Vice President of the Federal Division of the Liberal Patriot of Australia, made these claims during a program hosted by Corrie Bernardi on Friday.
McQueen labeled Meghan as controlling of Harry, dragging him down a dark path, and likened her to Wallis Simpson, an American socialite and wife of the Duke of Windsor.
McQueen went on to say that Meghan is manipulative and knows how to work the system.
She wants to control how she and Harry are perceived, which is a shame for the Royal Family.
McQueen hopes that the family will cut them off and not allow them to continue to use their titles for profit.

Recently, the Duchess of Sussex has been in the news for apologizing to a UK court after officially admitting to her and Prince Harry's influence in their biography titled “Finding Freedom.”
After a series of denials, Meghan admitted to giving background reminders to their former communications secretary, Jason Knauf, to pass on to writers Ahmed Scobie and Caroline Durand.
Meghan sincerely apologized to the judge, saying that she forgot about the email exchanges with Knauf, which proved their connection in creating “Finding Freedom.”
Since stepping down from their royal duties, Harry and Meghan have been busy with their Archewell foundation and have pursued careers as humanitarian activists.
Harry has visited his family twice, once for the funeral of Prince Philip in April and the next time during the unveiling of Princess Diana's statue in July.
However, according to royal expert Ian Lloyd, Harry and Meghan may return for the Queen's Platinum Jubilee next year.
If they do, Lloyd believes that it would be surprising if they failed to appear, as the couple's brand relies on their connection with the British royal family.
British broadcaster Vanessa Feltz has criticized Prince Harry and Meghan Markle for initially denying their role in the published biography “Finding Freedom.”
The book was an account of the couple's lives detailing their marriage and subsequent split from the royal family.
This biography caused a major stir, given that the pair had denied authorizing its publication.
However, a court of appeal had concluded that the duo had authorized specific cooperation in writing in December 2018.
Although Meghan has apologized to the courts since then, citing that she had forgotten that she had actually given the initial authorization to a senior advisor, Vanessa was not pleased by it all.
During an interview on This Morning, Feltz said that many people would interpret Meghan's actions as incredibly manipulative.
She went on to say that this is not the Harry they loved and knew, as they thought he was honest and straight down the line.
It is unclear whether this was a simple oversight or whether Harry and Meghan were looking to cover their tracks over something they have potentially said in the book.
If such a statement were to be retracted, it would most likely be on the grounds of an impending lawsuit.
Such a revelation is not going to endear Harry and Meghan to the public.
They had been accused of breaking up the royal family and leaving a bitter relationship ever since their controversial interview with Oprah Winfrey on CBS.
If there are further accusations suggesting that they were being dishonest, whether by accident or design, then it will make the public question whether they can trust what the couple have been saying.
