Childminder Denies Being Planted by Meghan Markle’s PR Team

Isabel Chartres, a 25-year-old childminder, has denied claims that she was planted by 's PR team to be in a certain spot outside Windsor Castle.

On September 13th, Ms. Chartres was waiting with her father, brother, and boyfriend on the long walk in Windsor when she spoke to Ms. Markle.

She filmed a video as and Meghan arrived and showed the girl next to her in the crowd, Emile Cossack, 14, giving Meghan a hug.

Ms. Chartres then tells Meghan, “Oh my goodness!

You are literally so beautiful.”

However, she has been left shocked after being accused on social media of being paid to be there.

Ms. Chartres posted the video on TikTok where it has been viewed 30 million times.

She said that the interaction was really up close and personal, and that the girl next to her who hugged Meghan was someone she had never met before.

Ms. Chartres clarified that she is not associated with Emile Cossack and that they were total strangers.

They bonded over the fact that they were both excited to see Meghan, but they had no idea she was going to be there until William and Kate arrived first.

Ms. Chartres has seen videos and articles claiming that Meghan's PR team paid for her to be there and that she knew Meghan from before.

She said that a body language expert even said she looked like an actor.

However, Ms. Chartres wanted to show that the experience and interaction they had with Meghan was really lovely and genuine.

She added that Meghan was so kind to them, and even though it was short, it was sweet.

Emile Cossack told CNN that she wanted to show the royal that she was still liked by British people.

She asked Meghan if she could have a hug, and Meghan hugged her back.

Emile said it was quite an amazing moment and that she was still shaking.

She explained that she wanted to offer a warm welcome to the American after everything that's happened.

Everyone was cheering her on, and she felt like she needed to hug Meghan because she looks up to her in some way.

She said that it was clearly set up.
