Meghan Markle Accused of Abrasive Behavior Towards Staff Members and Diplomats

A new book by Tom Bower titled “Revenge, Meghan, Harry and the War Between the Windsors” claims that the Sussex couple bombarded their staff with demands for retribution and removal of criticism.

The book suggests that was abrasive and demanding of her staff, as well as being inflamed by the slightest criticism.

The latest damning claims from Bauer allege that Meghan and Harry fostered a bullying culture, allegations which have been investigated by Buckingham Palace.

According to the biographer, Meghan was allegedly abrasive towards her four female staff and even towards the local British diplomats.

In one report, Meghan allegedly threw a cup of tea into the air.

Her anger may have been partly fueled by Harry, who trawled social media every night, searching for snide comments on the internet.

Every morning, he and Meghan turned on their phones to surf the internet.

Lawyers on behalf of Meghan have denied all claims of bullying towards palace staff or aides.

Complaints against Meghan emerged in March 2021, hours before the couple's explosive interview with was broadcast, in which Meghan accused the royal family of perpetuating falsehoods.

A probe into bullying allegations was announced by the Queen after the claims emerged, and was concluded in June, but Buckingham Palace did not make the report's findings public.

Instead, they said that recommendations arising from the investigation has led to improved policies for royal staff and affected change in their procedures.

Richard Fitzwilliams, a royal expert, told that Buckingham Palace's refusal to publish the report could be viewed as an olive branch to the Sussexes.

However, according to Margaret Thatcher's former aide Niall Gardner, is no victim and has used her royal title ruthlessly for her own gain.

Mr Gardner took to Twitter to slam Meghan following the release of extracts from Tom Bower's new book.

The extract details and the Queen's frustration and insistence that Meghan meant her relationship with her estranged father and the events which led up to the now infamous interview with .

Meghan made excuses as to why she couldn't see her father, which left the senior royals perplexed and possibly frustrated, according to Mr Bower.

The conference call ended with both the senior royals, the Queen and , perplexed.

Meghan later admitted, “I was especially sensitive to this as I had very recently married into the family and was eager to please them.”

In turn, Harry fretted that Meghan needed protection.

He sympathised with her resentment of the palace's keen sense of deference and hierarchy.

It adds that Meghan seemed isolated and vulnerable and claims that no other member of the royal family had suffered as much embarrassment from their own family as Meghan.

However, some took issue with the assessment that Meghan was a victim.

Former aide to Margaret Thatcher and Telegraph contributor Niall Gardner slammed Markle on Twitter, stating that “Meghan Markle is no victim.

She has ruthlessly used her royal title to undermine the royal family and the British monarchy, to advance her own business, media and political agenda.”

According to Mr Bower, Meghan felt increasingly isolated in response to criticism and despised comparisons to the Cambridges, who seemed perfect.

Meghan was envious of Catherine and felt that she was not getting the recognition and generosity she deserved.

In conclusion, the allegations against Meghan Markle continue to be a topic of discussion and debate.

While some believe that she was a victim, others think that she used her royal title for her own gain.
