William Sues Megan for Using Kate’s Photo in Trailer Without Permission

The Duke of Cambridge, William, has taken legal action against , the wife of his brother , for using 's photograph in a trailer without permission.

The photo was used in a 60-second trailer for an upcoming Netflix docu-series titled “Harry and Meghan,” which is set to be released later this month.

According to sources, William will be able to sue Meghan in court for using Kate's pictures without permission.

This means that Meghan will have to prepare herself to stand trial for her actions.

In the trailer, Meghan let the image of Kate slide right next to her image of suffering, which suggests that she may be trying to play the victim with Kate.

It's ridiculous that Meghan continues to attack Princess Catherine.

The Duke of Sussex, , has revealed the reason why he and his wife want to make a docu-series.

In the trailer, Liz asks Prince Harry why they want to make this documentary, to which he responds, “No one knows what's happening behind closed doors.”

The trailer features an array of familiar royal faces, including Zara and Mike Tindall, , and Princess Kate.

Among the montage of black-and-white photos, the royal couple included a photo from inside Westminster Abbey during the Commonwealth Day service in 2019.

The photograph chiefly centered on the Prince and Princess of Wales, who appeared sitting in the front row.

Behind them, an anxious Meghan could be seen seated next to Prince Harry in the second row.

The brief cameo appearance suggests that the royal couple may delve into their reported feud with William and Kate.

Following a montage of images, Prince Harry can be heard saying, “No one sees what's happening behind closed doors.

I had to do everything I could to protect my family.”

At the very end, Meghan can be heard saying, “When the stakes are this high, doesn't it make more sense to hear the story from us?”

The couple signed their multi-year $100 million deal with Netflix back in 2020.

At the time, Meghan and Harry said, “Our focus will be on creating content that informs but also gives hope.

As new parents, making inspirational family programming is also important to us.

Netflix's unprecedented reach will help us share impactful content that unlocks action.”

A new battle for America is raging, and it's every bit as bitter as America's Revolutionary War for independence from Britain almost 250 years ago.

This time, the redcoats take the form of William and Kate, Prince and Princess of Wales, on a mission to restore and enhance the reputation of the British royal family in the United States.

The revolutionaries are Harry and Meghan, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, determined to send the enemy packing and claim America as theirs alone when it comes to all matters related to British royalty.

Notably, the Duke of Sussex has been tipped to “take the risk” when it comes to possibly controversial claims in his much-anticipated book that could land him in a legal nightmare.

A memoir writing expert has claimed that there is always a “trade-off” when writing memoirs and believes Prince Harry will have been supported by his publisher Penguin Random House legal team to make decisions that would safeguard him without making the book less interesting.

In conclusion, William's legal action against Meghan for using Kate's photo without permission has sparked controversy.

The trailer for the upcoming Netflix docu-series has also raised questions about the royal family's feud.
