Meghan Markle’s Flower Gesture Causes Awkward Spat with Royal Aid

On Saturday afternoon, was caught in an awkward spat with a Royal aid over flower gestures from well-wishers in Windsor.

Just two days after II's death, Meghan joined her husband and the newly appointed Prince and Princess of Wales to greet well-wishers lining the streets outside of Windsor Castle.

A video clip has emerged showing the 41-year-old collecting flowers from the well-wishers and her being approached by one Royal aid who wanted to take the growing number of flower tributes from her.

Meghan gestured to the Royal aid that she wanted to place them at the gates herself before politely thanking them.

She was then approached by a second aid, where she did hand over the flowers.

Following the exchange, Royal fans speculated that Meghan may have not known that the aids wanting to take the flowers was for her own safety.

They noted that the flowers could contain harmful substances or explosives, meaning the Royals should not carry them.

The couple's appearance alongside William and Kate marked the first appearance for the four of them, once dubbed the Fab Four.

All four were dressed in black as they worked their way along the crowds of people visiting to pay their respects for the late monarch.

Meghan and Harry arrived in the UK earlier this month, a few days prior to the Queen's death on Thursday, September 8.

The purpose of their trip was to visit some events for charities close to their hearts.

Following the death of the Queen, the couple did not attend their planned appearance at the Wellchild Awards.

Although Meghan remained in London, Harry rushed to Scotland to join the Royal Family at Balmoral, where the Queen died peacefully on Thursday afternoon.

Piers Morgan has spoken out after and reunited with and after the tragic death of the Queen.

The talk TV presenter spoke about seeing the Royals reunite for the first time after Harry and Meghan moved to the States.

Piers spoke about the Royal reunion on The Chris Evans Breakfast Show on Monday, 12 September.

Chris asked Piers, “What have you purposefully not talked about Piers, over the last few days?

What have you stayed away from?”

To which Piers replied, “It was good to see them coming together, but I think that it's been described as more of a truce than a proper peace settlement.”

“We know Harry has got this book coming out.

How much damage will that book, if it genuinely is what people think it is, a real tough thumping assault of what he has had to endure as a young prince?

How much damage will that cause his father, the new king?

His brother, the heir?

All of these things are important.”

The four were spotted walking together and looking at tributes that were left for their grandmother, the Queen, Britain's longest reigning monarch, after she sadly passed away on Thursday.

Piers then explained how it is important that the tone is set by the broadcaster or it can become a bit of a soap opera.

“I think it's tricky on issues,” he said.

“For example, the well-known rift between William and Harry, Kate and Meghan.

How much of that do you cover?

When you're covering a story of the magnitude with the passing of the monarch.
