All of the action unfolded at Kensington Palace, which is the focus of Tom Quinn's latest book “Kensington Palace: An Intimate Memoir From Queen Mary to Meghan Markle.” The novel, which drew heavily on the accounts of palace servants who have served for generations of royals who have lived there, detailed the deterioration in relations between Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex, and the royal family.
